In the 2400s, humanity must terraform Mars, and massive corporations, funded by the World Government on Earth, launch grand projects to achieve this. The aim is to increase the planet's oxygen levels, raise temperatures, and create sufficient ocean coverage to make Mars habitable. In Terraforming Mars, you take on the role of one of these corporations, striving to gain prestige through your contributions to the terraforming effort and advancements in solar system infrastructure. Major milestones will also play a key role in determining which corporation emerges as the most dominant force on Mars.
