Книга 1. Припини свої вигадки

Проїжджаючи рідним краєм, оповідач бачить на повороті вулиці силует — обличчя, схожість якого з його першим коханням вражає в саме серце.

Історія, що розпочалась двадцять п'ять років тому із зустрічі двох абсолютно різних підлітків: один, досить сором'язливий, син вчителя, старанний студент і досвідчений читач; інший — селянська дитина, бунтівний, харизматичний і загадковий, улюбленець дівчат.
Їхній потяг негайний і недвозначний. Їхні таємні обійми відбуваються з трепетом, сповненим почуттям провини та заперечення. Таємниця, що їх оточує, лише підсилює пристрасть. Книга 2. Крізь темряву пливу

Випадкова зустріч Людвіка і Януша біля річки у літньому сільськогосподарському таборі  переростає в пристрасний роман. Опинившись у прекрасному природному світі, віддаленому від суспільства та упереджень, Людвік і Януш закохуються. Але в суспільстві, що жорстоко поділене на  репресивно комуністичну  та католицьку ідеології пристрасть, яку вони поділяють, абсолютно немислима. 

Літо кохання завершується. Януш швидко підіймається в партійних лавах і отримує посаду в міністерстві. Людвіка тягне до імпульсивних актів протесту, він не може ігнорувати економічну нерівність навколо. Таємне кохання і особисті політичні розбіжності знищують їх, оскільки обидва чоловіки борються за виживання в умовах режиму, що перебуває на межі колапсу.

Одного червневого дня 1914 року, коли до Сараєва прибуває ерцгерцог Франц Фердинанд, а Рафаель Пінто зайнятий роботою у батьковій аптеці, світ вибухає. Рафаель не готовий ні до війни, ні до служби в армії. А проте він має йти на фронт.

A Game-Changer for Precision Cooking

We’ve had the Typhur Sync Smart Meat Thermometer for a few months now, and it’s been nothing short of amazing. The wireless probe is a total game-changer, it frees you up from cords and gives you the flexibility to monitor your cook remotely. It charges via USB-C, which is super convenient. I can use the same charger that powers my smartphone to charge a meat thermometer, imagine saying that sentence 20 years ago. The companion app is one of the highlights. It displays incredibly useful temperature data, including readings from multiple points within the probe to show the gradient of heat inside the meat. You even get a real-time graph tracking the temperature over time, which is especially helpful for monitoring the entire cooking process. And best of all: the app is currently free with no subscription required (fingers crossed it stays that way). The thermometer seems to be very accurate. While I haven’t tested it against lab equipment, the NIST certification and consistently reliable results give me confidence. I’ve made sure the temps fall within my personal margin of error—and so far, so good. I can’t speak for others who may have had issues with the probe, but from what I’ve seen, Typhur’s customer service has a solid reputation. I appreciate that they seem to genuinely stand behind their products. While I primarily use the thermometer for reverse searing steaks, it’s versatile enough for anything from steak to turkey, chicken, or pork loin. If you’re serious about cooking and want precision without hassle, this is a fantastic investment. Highly recommended.

We wanted a temperature probe that was simple and works well. This one was it. We grill as often as possible and were just tired of having a good piece of meat come out either over or under cooked. I like a steak medium and my wife likes it medium well to well done. We use a Weber Genesis E410 that works great and has good heat control. Our first use of this Typhur thermometer gave us a great result. Not sure how it will work on a larger item like a brisket or a turkey but, at this point, we see no reason to expect any lesser result. It had accuracy, good range, and seems quite durable. Grilling is, among other things, is its own social event., so we did not use an "Ap" to watch the event on a smart phone. (We try to limit the use of smart phones when we are outside to encourage human interaction.) Typhur offers an Ap but the base unit was all we wanted to try and it works great.

Great quality of life improvement!

Got this on sale for $40. This thing is crazy good for the price, especially if you get it on sale. Battery life isn’t a huge concern anyway, but rechargeable USB-C is great. Because it’s wireless, the stick is on the thicker side. This makes it easy to clean, but also inadvisable for your thinner meats (obviously). It looks right at home stuck on my fridge by the oven and air fryer, and temps it gave me through the phone were pretty close. I connected this to my 2.4Ghz network, which I can easily monitor from my phone connected on my 5Ghz network. I think it could do better with its time estimates, but I’m physically close enough to my food when it’s nearly done cooking anyway. I tested with frozen steak straight into the air fryer. It was quite close to what I was looking for, compared to how I’d do it before without a thermometer. As someone with little to no time to cook every day, it really eases the mental burden for sure of knowing that the food’s not under- or over-done. For $40, totally worth it.

This thing is Gold Lite, and has the transmission frequency that is 10X better than Bluetooth. The App is probably same as the 4X higher priced Gold Edition, which is worth the price of admission. whose only advantage is that the sensor is good for 752F instead of 932F (yes the descriptions says good for 932F, but Lin the photo it says 752F) . The 932F is not anywhere good enough for my radiant ceramic grill, which goes up above 1300F anyway. So I saved a bunch of money and have something that does everything I need and no more. For the price, this is 5 star
