The Groult family has been producing Calvados for generations using estate-grown cider apples, slow fermentation, double distillation in copper pot stills, and long aging in oak barrels that allow the spirit to evolve gradually while preserving its orchard-driven character.

After eighteen years in cask, the spirit develops remarkable depth and polish without losing the freshness that defines great Calvados. The nose opens with baked apple, roasted pear, honey, vanilla, toasted walnut, dried flowers, spice cake, and subtle earthy cellar notes.
