L'originalit dello spumante "nOmi" dell'azienda friulana I Clivi si deve principalmente al metodo utilizzato per ottenerlo, ovvero trattenere nel vino la CO2 rilasciata dalla fermentazione alcolica naturale, e quindi dare origine alle bollicine che ritroviamo

Giallo paglierino, dal fine perlage. Si avvertono delicati profumi floreali, frutta gialla, tocchi agrumati su un sottofondo minerale; in bocca è fresco, fruttato, dalla scorrevole piacevolezza.

L'originalità dello spumante "nOmi" dell'azienda friulana I Clivi si deve principalmente al metodo utilizzato per ottenerlo, ovvero trattenere nel vino la CO2 rilasciata dalla fermentazione alcolica naturale, e quindi dare origine alle bollicine che ritroviamo nello spumante. Non ci sono fermentazioni spontanee, nè aggiunte di zuccheri o lieviti. Essenziale nei suoi sentori varietali, lascia emergere anche una piacevole sapidità, che lo rende fine e versatile.

Ottimo come originale aperitivo o con i crudi di mare.
