Its features dual flagship CS43198 DAC chips paired with dual low-noise SGM8262 headphone amplifiers. The CD player processes high-resolution playback and delivers a smooth, lively sound profile. FiiO DM13 can be used for USB CD ripping, allowing you to create a digital media library from your CDs. It packs an enormous power in a tiny and compact body promising up to 660mW of clean output per channel. The DM13 has 3.5mm and 4.4mm headphone output ports for easy connectivity with different IEMs and Headphones. We also have Coaxial and Optical digital outputs in case you would like to use the FiiO DM13 with further DAC and Amplifiers in the chain!!

Hi-Res Audio Architecture:-

FiiO DM13 features a high-resolution audio signal processing architecture. The CD player comes equipped with dual flagship CS43198 DAC chips that promise top-quality audio signal processing with ultra-low THD+N, high SNR, and DNR performance. This dual DAC chipset offers high-performance signal processing with a low-power consumption design making the setup a perfect choice for the portable scenario of the DM13.

Specially Designed Audio Architecture:-

FiiO engineers have developed the DM13 with deep R&D. The dual DAC arrangement is combined with two SGM8262 headphone amplifiers. The output stage is designed in suh a way that the dual DAC setup here controls the volume as well. We have 99-level fine volume adjustment. The dual SGM8262 amp chips provide a strong output thrust to the DM13, it promises up to 660mW of clean output per channel through the 4.4mm port.

USB CD Ripping Functionality:-

You can create a backup of your favorite CDs with the FiiO DM13. It supports USB CD ripping allowing you to rip your favorite CDs into WAV files. The WAV files can then be easily transferred to other computers and devices for playback. This helps you preserve your favorite collections for the years to come.

Pair your Favorite Wireless Headphones or TWS:-

FiiO DM13 offers easy wireless music enjoyment as you can easily pair your favorite wireless headphones or TWS earphones with the CD player. It utilizes Qualcomm Bluetooth chipset that offers high-resolution Bluetooth connetivity with AptX HD, APtX LL, AptX, SBC, etc. Codec support.

Powerful Desktop Mode:-

When you need some extra juice to power more demanding headphones, FiiO DM13 features FiiO’s highly-acclaimed desktop mode. You can hook the DM13 to a USB power source, simply click the Desktop Mode(D.Mode) switch to “ON” and experience the extra-ordinary performance of the DM13. In Desktop mode, the DM13 bypasses the battery and takes direct power from the connected power source.

Luxurious Build Quality:-

FiiO DM13 features a solid, robust build quality with a well-textured finish. The CD player features high-quality aluminum alloy chassis. It also has a LCD display screen. A familiar story, just with…..less.

So, as other reviewers make clear, this is very similar to Pack Darling and The Beta. It’s much closer aligned with The Beta, in plot and maybe more like Pack Darling with characters. That being said, I don’t hate this…..but it wasn’t great either. It’s both books mentioned but just….less. Less angst, less emotion, less feeling. The plot feels very half fleshed out, and the “bad guy” feels underwhelming. I didn’t really feel any real emotions from and of the male leads, except maybe Oliver. The others fell sorta flat for me. And Mika makes herself out to be this big bad ass straight outta training and then we never see it from here again with the one fitting room incident as the exception. SPOILER: The whole, “Oh, I’m actually probably an Omega, but I don’t wanna be but I do actually wanna be but no one can ever know my secret that I do nothing to hide “ thing fell so flat. She never commutes to believing she was secretly an omega, but also mentions her “secret” a lot. It just felt so manufactured. I’m intrigued enough to read part 2 and see how the author closes everything out, but this is not one I’ll recommend or ever come back to.
