About this treasure:

You can truly feel the age and history in this remarkable ring. Dating to the Georgian era and filled with detail this would make an amazing addition to any jewellery lovers collection!

Set at the centre of this ring is beautiful diamond. Cut by hand into an irregular rose cut the stone is beautifully placed into settlements by encasing the entire gemstone. This is very typical of the Georgian era and really makes the most of the stone.

Surround this is a halo vivid red and white enamel work. This addition is much more rare to find. Finally encompassing this are a lustrous pearls. Each slightly different in tone and all catching the viewers eye.

As with many Georgian jewels there is additional beautiful design work. Each shoulder has been created with linear trio set good work. This works beautifully with the larger cluster above. There is so much detail to there shoulders.

Looking within we can see that the shoulders have had some repair or work, something we expect to see in an item of this age. The very central points of the three points on each side have ever so slightly come away, however the ring still ready to be worn and loved. As with any antique jewellery, especially one so old as this, it should be worn with care and sympathy!

The setting is rich a buttery in tone due to the use of 9 carat rose gold. The warmth of the gold contrasting against the crisp top hue.

Dating to over 200 years this is a darling and historical item of jewellery. Lustrous and decant this would have be been a ring worn by a lady of high status in the Georgian era.

Good looking shoe.
Size: 9 Wide, Color: Cognac
It's a good looking should which is true to size. Quality is good. However, it is not leather. Inner and outer covering are man made. For me, it's okay. I ordered a 9W which I knew would be no more than a triple E width. I'm actually a quadruple E width so it's taking a little longer to break in. I won't be using these as often as at this stage of my life, I don't have that have functions that require dressier shoes. I'm happy with this purchase, a good value for the price. The slip in feature works well like my Sketcher slip in.
