No contraindications, it acts only where the hair most needs repairing.
In general, the root is thicker than the ends and this product eliminates split ends also reducing hair volume.

You get what you pay for

Comfy but cheaply made. I bought these for the price and expected them to be not the best quality but they are even less than I expected. Please also note that they run small. I got a 10-11 since I wear 11 shoe and Amazon recommended this size. I think a size larger would have been better. Not worth returning though. I’ll just wear them this winter if they last that long and get a better brand next time.
