The monograph includes analysis data of the problem of biotechnical objects control and developed innovation approaches for improving the efficiency of their operation. There were considered the methods and algorithms for operating data processing, identification of control objects, which allow under conditions of situational uncertainty to organize effective control strategy with the use of up-to-date IT. It is examined the issue of renewable energy technologies efficiency.
