The Race RS is the most powerful tire in the P ZERO Race range. It uses the latest technologies developed in collaboration with professional athletes from the World Tour team. This makes it faster, grippier and lighter than the more versatile P ZERO Race. This increase in performance is achieved thanks to the SmartEVO2 compound, Pirelli's most advanced compound, which offers exceptional grip and outstanding performance. The Race RS tubular tire combines perfectly with the lightweight TPU SmarTUBE to deliver superior performance at a record system weight. The tire is manufactured in Pirelli's Italian factory in Milan and guarantees unsurpassed quality and high performance, thanks in part to its FSC-certified natural rubber content.
SmartEVO²
The new SmartEVO² is Pirelli's latest evolution of high-performance racing tire compounds, combining top-level motorsport experience with the demands of modern World Tour racing. It is based on the SmartEVO compound of three polymers with intelligent properties and uses new materials and innovative mixing processes that are now possible in the company's own production facility in Italy, in close proximity to the global research and development center. The result is improved grip, especially on wet roads, and a reduced rolling resistance that achieves record values in its category. The result is a tire that brings performance and handling to the level of the world's fastest World Tour riders.
