Swiss Made - Everest bands are manufactured at the world’s foremost vulcanised rubber watch strap facility in Switzerland (the same used by very well-known luxury watch brands), the engineering and tooling used to craft Everest bands is second to none ensuring made to fit with the highest tolerances to your Tudor watch case

Here at WatchStraps.ie we have tried and tested numerous other ‘premium’ Rubber straps. Cheaper quality rubber straps can be uncomfortable to wear, are made from cheaper quality rubber which can be sweaty and can easily irritate the skin, not to mention leaching colour. We’ve also noted that many of these cheaper straps have a very strong odour. The machines used to produce these straps are often of lesser quality leading to inaccurate fit and weak connection points at the buckle and spring bar ends which can easily split. Most do not feature curved ends with solid inserts for strength and do not have the comfort air channel we see with Everest bands.  Also Everest are the only straps supplied with 1.8mm robust Tudor quality spring bars, cheaper straps often do not support 1.8mm spring bars and are often supplied with much weaker 1.5mm spring bars, also the tang buckles on cheaper straps are nearly always made from folded metal rather than the solid milled out buckles you get with Everest.
