To use, simply wear Lift Period’s Period Underwear as you would any other underwear. It really is that easy! These buttery soft underwear have a built-in, super absorbent pad to avoid leakage without adding excess bulk. After hours of use, simply rinse the underwear until the water runs clear, hang dry, and put on another pair.
