This is due to one side of the clutch featuring Kevlar buttons, which have the ability of withstanding slippage better than ceramic. Neck pain NO more!

Favorite!!!! Fantastic pillow! It is not real high, so your neck stays in a proper, and comfortable angle to your spine!!! It’s soft, BUT not to the extent that your head sinks down. I have arthritis in my neck, and this pillow is SO COMFORTABLE!! I wake up with no pain in my neck. It is not memory foam, it’s latex, so it remains cool. I normally sleep on my back, or stomach, and either way, it’s great. When I sleep on my side, I add an additional small pillow. Nothing but high marks from me for this quality pillow. I love it! I’ll buy a smaller one for travel.
