GAP carries the Icon 4.5" Stage 8 Suspension System K64548 that allows you to fit larger, more aggressive wheel and tire combinations. This Stage 8 system is ideal for on-road and towing use, as well as job site duty washboard gravel roads, and aggressive off-road use. Icon's 4.5" Stage 8 System offers 4.5" lift coil springs optimized for trucks equipped with the Powerstroke engine with a dual-rate design. The dual-rate coil springs allow for a softer initial rate for superb on-road comfort and a firmer secondary rate that increases during compression to resist bottoming out and enhance off-road performance.

ICON Vehicle Dynamics 4-Link kit further enhances driving dynamics by eliminating suspension bind commonly experienced with factory radius arms during articulation and allows on-vehicle caster angle adjustment. This "freeing up" of the front end and the ability of the 4-Link Kit to maintain positive caster through the range of travel equates to unequaled ride quality in every condition. The fabricated track bar drop bracket allows the axle to be properly centered under the truck and minimizes road feedback throughout the steering system. This allows for improved on- and off-road manners thanks to the elimination of bump steer. The adjustable track bar allows for on-vehicle adjustment to fine-tune track alignment. This eliminates the deflective factory track bar bushings for an overall more rigid unit to enhance the vehicle's handling characteristics.

ICON's Centerline steering stabilizer kit features a 2.5 Aluminum Series shock absorber with a piggyback reservoir for improved steering damping. The ICON dual 2.0 steering stabilizers offer better control of undesirable steering feedback caused by larger tires while also increasing ground clearance. Heavy-duty fabricated 5" rear blocks and U-bolt kit lift the rear of the truck and are designed to withstand heavy towing/hauling duty as well as the strains of aggressive off-road use. ICON 2.5 Aluminum Series remote reservoir front and rear shocks with CDEV feature a vehicle-specific tune for improved vehicle handling and exceptional ride quality on- and off-road.

The remote reservoirs massively increase shock oil volume and heat dissipation surface area to deter overheating and cavitation under hard use, which can lead to damper fade. Focus on driving and let ICON Intelligent Control (IIC) read the terrain and make almost instant adjustments with the Compression Damping Electronic Valve (CDEV) at each shock. Control the system wirelessly through the IIC app on your Apple device and once configured the system functions without any driver input.

The included box kit comes with fabricated front sway bar drop brackets to prevent binding, heavy-duty aluminum bump stop spacers, and high-quality stainless steel extended brake lines. This suspension system features high-quality CNC machined, laser cut, and brake-formed parts and components. Icon has spent endless hours testing and tuning the suspension components and shock absorbers to make this lift kit a complete system.
