Straight-up 25mg laxogenin in an easy daily cap

Blackstone Labs ANOGENIN keeps it simple with one main ingredient: 5 Alpha Hydroxy Laxogenin at 25mg per capsule, pulled from Smilax sieboldii. No hidden blends, no stims, no extra fillers trying to fake teamwork. You're just getting this plant-based steroidal sapogenin analogue – that's a fancy way of saying it's a compound from plants that folks in supplements use for better training, recovery, and building lean muscle during tough workouts.

Everything rides on that 5 Alpha Hydroxy Laxogenin, so let's break it down honestly. People call it a plant-based helper for muscle growth, similar to brassinosteroid stuff. The idea is it boosts protein synthesis (how your body builds proteins), keeps nitrogen in check, and aids recovery without messing with hormones like androgens do. But really, most buzz comes from animal studies, theory, and tons of gym reports, not a bunch of solid human trials. That's key – it's not like creatine with piles of proof. It's more of an iffy but popular pick where users notice better recovery, more drive in sessions, and muscles looking fuller after steady use.

The 25mg dose is right out there, matching what you see in other laxogenin supps. Lots of folks do 25-50mg a day, so one cap is a basic daily hit, and two gets you to the higher end. No set clinical dose from human studies since there aren't many, so it's standard for the category and what people commonly use, not proven like the big evidence-based ones.

Becaus

BSL Anogenin by Blackstone Labs contains 25mg 5 Alpha Hydroxy Laxogenin, a effective dose for hormonal optimization.

Key Highlights

  • 25mg 5 Alpha Hydroxy Laxogenin per capsule – that's the whole deal, one clear active with no hidden blends. Makes it easy to know your dose, unlike those 'anabolic matrix' products that keep you guessing.
  • Just one ingredient, fully disclosed – you see exactly what's in it and how much. In a world full of vague plant blends, this honesty is a big win for smart users.
  • Standard dose for laxogenin – 25mg per cap fits the usual range. You can stick with one a day or go to two for 50mg, following the typical 1-2 cap setup.
  • No stims at all – zero caffeine or anything like that, even if some labels suggest otherwise. Great for evening doses, stacking with pre-workouts, fat burners, or focus supps without adding extra buzz.
  • Capsules for easy, precise use – no mixing powders, no getting tired of flavors, no need to build a whole stack around it. Perfect if you want something portable and reliable for muscle support.
  • Made for long-term gains, not quick feels – don't expect a buzz in 20 minutes. If it clicks for you, you'll notice better recovery, handling more volume, and sticking to training over weeks.
  • From Smilax sieboldii plants – that's the common source for laxogenin supps. Fits the vibe of a non-hormonal, plant-based option for muscle help.
  • No overlap with your basics – just laxogenin, so it doesn't double up on creatine, beta-alanine, or citrulline you're probably already taking. Slides right into your stack.

Who Is This For?

  • Intermediate bodybuilders bulking up, hitting protein goals, training 5-6 days a week. Gives a simple stim-free shot at 25mg laxogenin per cap without extra stack junk.
  • Physique folks in growth phases wanting a capsule add-on over more powder. Single-ingredient means you test one thing, not guessing in a hidden blend.
  • Evening trainers avoiding caffeine or stims that wreck sleep. Stim-free, so no heart racing or wired crashes like with heavy-hitting products.
  • Advanced users who get that not everything has creatine-level proof. Good for trying a clear but less-studied ingredient as an extra, not swapping basics.
  • Athletes stacking creatine, protein, performance eats, wanting one more recovery piece. Works best layered on a strong foundation.
  • Folks hating hidden 'anabolic' blends, loving full labels. One active, one dose – easy to test and decide if it's stack-worthy long-term.

How to Use

Take 1 capsule daily with a meal and plenty of water. Since 5 Alpha Hydroxy Laxogenin isn't a quick stim or pump, consistency beats perfect timing. New to laxogenin? Start with 1 cap for a few days to see how it sits. Seasoned users often go to 2 caps daily, together or split, for 50mg. Capsules mean no mixing, no shaker, no taste worries. With food helps stick to it and keeps your stomach happy. Stacks smooth with creatine, protein, and pre-workouts – no extra stims or overlaps. Use during a real training block, check over weeks. Keep the bottle cool, dry, lid tight. If drug tested, on meds, or under doc care, clear it first.

What to Expect

First 0-30 minutes: not much to feel, no stims, pumps, or focus boosters here. Next 1-6 hours: still no big changes for most; that's expected, not a bust. Days 1-7: focus on building the habit and watching for any issues. Weeks 2-4: if it's working, you might notice easier recovery, handling more volume, and sessions feeling more on point. Weeks 4-8: best time to judge, with diet, protein, sleep, and program solid. Don't expect a rush – it's for long-game supps, this timeline fits that.

Frequently Asked Questions

What is the active ingredient in Blackstone Labs ANOGENIN?

ANOGENIN contains one active ingredient: 5 Alpha Hydroxy Laxogenin at 25mg per capsule, sourced from Smilax sieboldii. There are no proprietary blends or secondary actives hidden behind a matrix name.

How many capsules should I take per day?

The label serving is 1 capsule, which provides 25mg of 5 Alpha Hydroxy Laxogenin. Many users in this category start at 1 capsule daily and, if desired, move to 2 capsules daily to reach 50mg, which is a common marketed daily intake for laxogenin products.

Do I take ANOGENIN before my workout?

You can, but it is not necessary. ANOGENIN is not a pre-workout and does not contain caffeine, citrulline, or acute performance stimulants, so daily consistency matters more than precise pre-training timing.

Will I feel ANOGENIN right away?

Most users will not feel an immediate effect. This product is designed for cumulative use, and any benefit is more likely to show up over weeks as improved recovery, volume tolerance, or training consistency rather than an instant rush.

Is 25mg of laxogenin a strong dose?

It is a common category-standard dose per capsule, but not a clinically validated human dose in the way creatine's 3-5g daily is. In real-world use, 25-50mg daily is the range most often seen in laxogenin products.

Does ANOGENIN require post-cycle therapy?

It is marketed as a non-hormonal muscle-support supplement rather than a prohormone, so it is not typically used with post-cycle therapy. That said, anyone with hormone-related concerns or medical supervision should ask a clinician before use.

Can I stack ANOGENIN with creatine?

Yes, and that is one of the most logical pairings. Creatine supports phosphocreatine regeneration and repeated high-intensity output, while ANOGENIN is used as a non-stimulant adjunct for recovery and lean mass support.

Does ANOGENIN contain caffeine or stimulants?

No. Despite inconsistent metadata elsewhere, the verified formula is a single-ingredient laxogenin capsule and is stimulant-free.

Is this a good first muscle-building supplement?

Usually no. For most people, creatine monohydrate, protein adequacy, and a structured training program should come first because they have much stronger evidence than laxogenin.

How long should I use ANOGENIN before judging results?

Give it at least 4-8 weeks of consistent daily use during a serious training block. That timeframe is more realistic for a non-stimulant capsule intended for cumulative support rather than acute gym performance.

Excellent way to store spices
In the description it clearly states only 4 oz spice jars are recommended, so keep that in mind when ordering. I also included in my pictures one of their pictures showing the size recommendation for your cabinet, that way you can check that too before ordering. Doing both of these things will provide a happier buying experience and minimize frustration with the product itself. I already had a tiered spice rack that fit my larger and bulk spices beautifully. I felt having my larger spices with my smaller spices made it difficult to access certain items and it just felt chaotic. To solve that issue I order this spice rack organizer for the smaller spices. It was super easy to assemble. All hardware is included and in addition to the hardware to put this together they also included screws, that way if you would like to screw the spice rack into the cupboard itself you can. I did not choose to screw the spice rack down. I have had no issues with it moving around when I use the pull out. It pulls in and out smoothly and with barely any effort. The pull out design I feel maximizes space and allows you to see everything all the way to back of the rack. This rack is great for any size space and holds a lot of spices. I had additional room to more spices that I did not need even after adding all the small spices that would fit into each of the pull outs. I feel the price reflects the quality of the product. Yes it is a steep price and can be viewed as expensive, on the other side you get what you paid for. It is aesthetically pleasing and I am planning on at some point buying spice jars that you fill yourself to use on this spice rack. Eventually I am hoping to be more organized and even have my bulk spices be placed in the individual jars that I fill myself while keeping the bulk container in my pantry. I am extremely pleased with this heavy duty spice rack and do recommend it to others.

Sturdy, Space-Saving Organizer That Makes Cabinets Way More Functional
The **BOIVSHI 2-Tier Vertical Pull-Out Spice Rack Organizer** is a really practical upgrade if you’re trying to clean up a cluttered cabinet or pantry. The vertical design makes excellent use of narrow spaces, and the **smooth sliding rails** are one of the best parts—it pulls out cleanly so you can actually see everything instead of digging through shelves. The metal frame feels solid and heavy-duty, and the chrome finish gives it a clean, modern look that blends well inside most cabinets. It’s especially helpful for organizing spice jars, oils, sauces, or small pantry items so everything stays upright and easy to grab. Installation is fairly simple, and once mounted, it feels stable when sliding in and out. The motion is smooth enough that it doesn’t feel like it’s going to jam or tip items over, which is a common issue with cheaper pull-out racks. One thing to keep in mind is sizing—this type of organizer works best in **standard-width cabinets**, so measuring your space first is important. Also, like most pull-out systems, it’s more about **function and accessibility** than maximizing sheer storage volume. Overall, it’s a very effective way to turn wasted cabinet space into organized, accessible storage. If you’re tired of stacked spice jars or cluttered shelves, this is a strong upgrade.

A Sturdy Spice Rack With Some Perks and Some Limitations
We really needed a new spice rack that holds a variety of bottle sizes, and this one is made for a pretty brand-specific bottle style. It does hold some of the older model metal containers, so it looks like we will be adapting to the newer sizes and shapes. This organizer is easy to assemble and fits the space I designed perfectly. The bottom shelf is very sturdy, and the top shelf is not quite as solid, and I'm not sure exactly why. One thing is for sure: when you fill this spice rack to capacity, you will have all the spices necessary for a well-stocked kitchen. We have not filled it up, but my guess is that we can fit between 35 and 40 individual spice bottles and cans. Overall, it is at the higher end of value for the money, but it may serve us perfectly through the years and prove itself to be an excellent value and keep all of our spices well organized.

Very nice pull-out spice rack for square bottles. Mount with screws for permanence.
This Boivshi spice rack organizer is made with stainless steel, and has racks deep enough to keep your spice jars securely in place. There’s a thin plastic sheet for the bottom of each rack. Due to the shape of the racks, I recommend using square spice jars rather than round ones. My 6 ounce square jars fit well, and each rack holds 5 jars. Or you can use the smaller 4 ounce square spice jars and fit 6 jars in each rack. The 4 ounce jars will be looser and slide around more when you pull each rack out. I also recommend getting some round ingredient labels for your jar lids so you can identify contents quickly without having to lift each jar to look at the label. The stainless steel metal is thick, smooth and well attached, with nicely rounded corners. The top row is height adjustable. Each rack has its own extension mechanism. That means when you pull out a rack, it doesn’t pull out the entire row. This is especially important if you’ve used the adhesive to attach the rack to your pantry shelf or inside a cabinet as a top heavy item will pull and loosen the adhesive over time. The rack comes with mounting adhesive and wood mounting screws and its own screwdriver, another bonus for ease of installation. You can choose to mount the rack with the adhesive or the screws. My personal preference here is to attach this rack with the provided screws rather than the adhesive. With glass jars and weight that’s being pulled out over a tile floor in a pantry or over a hard countertop, having the risk of adhesive giving way is inviting disaster. So consider all the options when deciding on how to attach it. Overall, this Boivshi Spice Rack Organizer is very well made, and is a good deal at this price point. I definitely recommend it.

Expensive, but Smooth, Sturdy Spice Rack
I received the BOIVSHI Spice Rack Organizer through the Vine program, and overall I’m quite pleased with its quality. The rack feels sturdy and well-made. The metal construction has a solid, heavy-duty feel, and the chrome finish gives it a clean, modern look that works well in most kitchens. The pull-out mechanism is smooth and glides nicely. The 2-tier design is efficient and makes good use of vertical space. Installation was fairly easy and the instructions are simple enough to follow. For me, it is limited to smaller spice bottles, due to the configuration of my cabinet which limits the available height of the top tier. Also, the rack has to be secured to the surface, either with screws or adhesive mount, to prevent it from sliding around. Overall, it is well made and a practical solution for organizing spices. If your cabinet dimensions are compatible and you mostly use standard-size spice jars, it’s a solid upgrade that makes everyday cooking more convenient. However, this is a very expensive spice rack, if you compare it to similar items.
