Lipstick Goby Sicyopus Jongkas 3cmOverview: The Lipstick Goby, scientifically known as Sicyopus jongkas, is a rare and eye-catching species with vibrant coloration, most notably the striking red markings around its mouth, giving it a "lipstick" appearance. These small, elongated fish are known for their fascinating behavior and are a unique addition to a specialized freshwater setup.
Origin: Native to the fast-flowing streams and rivers of Southeast Asia, particularly in Indonesia and Papua New Guinea, the Lipstick Goby thrives in clear, oxygen-rich waters with rocky substrates. Their natural habitat consists of cool, clean, and well-oxygenated environments.
Feeding: Lipstick Gobies are primarily carnivorous, and their diet should consist of small live or frozen foods such as brine shrimp, daphnia, bloodworms, and insect larvae. They may also accept high-quality sinking pellets, but live foods will better replicate their natural diet and encourage more natural foraging behavior.
Tank Mates: Due to their specific environmental needs, Lipstick Gobies are best kept in a species-specific tank or with other small, peaceful, and fast-water species such as hillstream loaches or small danios. They require a well-oxygenated environment with a strong current and should be kept with tank mates that thrive in similar conditions.
Aggression: Lipstick Gobies are generally peaceful but can be territorial, especially with their own kind or similar-looking species. It's recommended to keep them either singly or in small groups with plenty of hiding spots and visual barriers to minimize territorial disputes.
Experience Level: Intermediate to Advanced. The Lipstick Goby requires specific water conditions, including strong water flow and high oxygen levels, which can be challenging to maintain. They are best suited for aquarists with some experience in managing specialized setups.
Water Parameters: To keep Lipstick Gobies healthy, maintain water temperatures between 68-75°F (20-24°C), a pH of 6.5-7.5, and soft to moderately hard water (4-10 dGH). A well-aerated tank with strong water flow, plenty of rocks, and hiding places is essential to replicate their natural habitat.
In summary, the Lipstick Goby is a fascinating and beautiful species that offers a unique challenge for aquarists. Its striking appearance and specialized care requirements make it a standout addition for those looking to create a biotope or species-specific setup.

Functional not durable
Color: Grey, Size: 1 Large Panel
When first assembled, it looked exactly like the picture. However, over time, the top bar has begun to bow. The metal bars are weaker than I expected. It is still doing it's job providing privacy but the quality is not quite up to par. The height, color, and functionality are all exactly as described. If you need an inexpensive room divider, this is a great option. I don't expect it to last more than a year or two, but I would still recommend this product for those needing something fast, easy to assemble, and don't need for an extended period of time.

Difficult Assembly and Very Unstable
Extremely difficult to assemble. It seems like the metal wasn't cut well. Some things screw right in, while others will make your hands raw trying.
It is true to size, which is great, aside from the fact that with how hard it is to build, disassembling and reassembling for storage would be a nearly impossible task, and it's extremely hard to tuck away anywhere fully built with the size and feet on the bottom.
It's also pretty unstable and doesn't stand fully straight, which is a little nerve wracking with pets in the room.
I am dreading dissassembling this thing to return it once I have something to replace it, but trust that I will be ASAP.

Didn’t come with all the Parts - Essentially Worthlist Return in process. Huge inconvenience
Product came with everything but the rubber pads that receives the screws so it’s essentially worthless upon arrival. Now I have to go out of my way to go to UPS to send it back and process a return which will take 7 business days until I can receive a refund. I was excited for this package too what a complete let down !
