300mg caffeine, Advantra Z®, CaloriBurn™—straight-up thermogenic power you can feel.

Klout PWR BURN is a straight-up, fully open-label thermogenic capsule that boosts your daily calorie burn, sharpens your workouts, and gives you fat-loss support you can actually feel. This isn't some mild wellness thing—it's built for real thermogenic action. We paired solid stimulants with targeted fat-burners, added a bit of diuretic for a leaner look, and included just enough iodine for thyroid support without overdoing it.

The main driver is 300mg caffeine anhydrous from tea. That's a solid dose for staying alert, powering through workouts, and burning more fat. Caffeine blocks adenosine receptors—that's the science bit—which cuts fatigue and ramps up energy chemicals in your body. Basically, it gets you fired up and ready to train even when calories are low. Then there's 500mg green coffee bean extract, standardized to 50% chlorogenic acid, so you get 250mg of those acids. They help with glucose control and body comp, but honestly, this dose is decent, not the highest you've seen in studies.

Advantra Z® is a smart pick here. At 100mg standardized to 50% p-synephrine, you get 50mg of the good stuff. It's in the effective range for boosting metabolism, though not the max some formulas go for. P-synephrine helps break down fat and burn more energy without feeling like a harsh stim. It teams up great with caffeine for extra thermogenic power. CaloriBurn™ at 1

Klout PWR BURN by Klout contains 0.5mg Vitamin B12, a effective dose for training performance and pump.

Key Highlights

  • 300mg caffeine anhydrous from tea is the heart of this stim stack. It's a strong dose that wakes you up, fuels your workouts, and helps burn fat—you'll feel it working, not just see it on the label.
  • 100mg Advantra Z® standardized to 50% p-synephrine gives you 50mg p-synephrine from a trusted Citrus aurantium source. That's key because it means you know exactly what you're getting, and synephrine is a go-to for thermogenic support in this category.
  • 15mg CaloriBurn™ is a solid dose of grains of paradise standardized to 12.5% 6-paradol. What sets it apart is how it works— it fires up brown fat to create heat and burn more calories, without relying on stims.
  • 150mg theobromine builds on the caffeine for better overall energy. It blocks certain enzymes and receptors, giving you smoother focus, a bit of blood flow boost, and energy that doesn't crash hard like caffeine-only stuff.
  • 500mg green coffee bean extract at 50% chlorogenic acid delivers 250mg chlorogenic acids. This adds support for glucose and weight management, but let's be real—it's a good addition, not the top-tier dose from some studies.
  • 7.5mg GBBGO® brings in a carnitine booster for that thermogenic sweat. It's on the lower side compared to the usual 10-25mg, but it still helps with the warm, sweaty feel fat-burner fans love.
  • 300mg dandelion root powder helps you look drier by shedding water. It won't melt fat, but it's a nice touch for feeling tighter during a cut or quick lean-out.
  • 225mcg iodine from Atlantic kelp supports thyroid function at a smart level. It's more than daily needs without going overboard like some formulas do.

Klout PWR BURN by Klout contains 0.5mg Vitamin B12, a effective dose for training performance and pump.

Who Is This For?

  • Physique folks cutting who need to keep workouts strong on low calories. The 300mg caffeine with Advantra Z® and CaloriBurn™ combo nails that—more output, more heat, better deficit sessions.
  • Morning fasted-cardio crew wanting capsules over drinks or powders. You get big caffeine energy, synephrine thermogenics, and grains of paradise warmth, no shaker needed.
  • Intermediate-advanced gym rats who handle stims and want a fat burner that delivers real feel. PWR BURN packs 300mg caffeine and thermogenics—it's noticeable, not weak.
  • Lifters prepping for shoots, vacations, or quick leans who want to drop water for a tighter look. Dandelion root helps there, while stims keep gym performance up.
  • Busy people relying on workouts for body comp, needing quick capsules for drive. The 3-cap serving is easy, with fast onset and no prep.
  • Shoppers who dig branded ingredients over generics. Advantra Z®, CaloriBurn™, and GBBGO® show real quality and standardization.

How to Use

Take 3 capsules about 20-30 minutes before training or cardio. That lines up the caffeine, synephrine, and grains of paradise to hit during your session. If high stims are new to you, start with 1 cap to test, then 2, then full 3. Wash 'em down with a full glass of water—thermogenics and dandelion can make staying hydrated key. You'll feel it more on an empty stomach, but if stims bug your gut, add a small meal for comfort, even if it's slower. Don't mix with other caffeine-heavy stuff unless you're tracking totals. For a full stack, add creatine, protein, and a good diet—not more stims. Cycle it with off days to avoid tolerance buildup. Keep it cool and dry, lid on tight.

What to Expect

Minutes 0-10: Easy to take—just swallow the capsules, no mixing or taste issues. Minutes 10-20: Caffeine starts hitting, you feel more alert, and some get that early warmth from thermogenics. Minutes 20-40: Peak time—300mg caffeine, synephrine from Advantra Z®, and theobromine are rolling; cardio flows better, workouts feel urgent, and sweat might start quicker. Minutes 40-90: Still going strong, thanks to theobromine keeping it from fading fast. Days 1-7: You'll know if the stims suit you and if you need to cut other caffeine. Weeks 2-4: Real wins show in consistent training, better cardio stick-to-it, and a tighter look with diet and water dialed.

Frequently Asked Questions

How much caffeine is in Klout: PWR BURN?

Each full 3-capsule serving provides 300mg caffeine anhydrous from tea. That is a strong dose on its own, and the formula also contains 150mg theobromine plus 50mg p-synephrine from Advantra Z®, so the overall stimulant experience feels stronger than the caffeine number alone suggests.

Is Klout: PWR BURN a beginner-friendly fat burner?

Not really. With 300mg caffeine, theobromine, and synephrine in the same serving, this is better suited to experienced users who already know they tolerate high-stim thermogenics well.

What does Advantra Z® do in this formula?

Advantra Z® is a standardized Citrus aurantium extract delivering 50mg p-synephrine per serving. It is used to support thermogenesis and lipolysis, and it pairs well with caffeine because it adds metabolic drive without simply duplicating caffeine's exact mechanism.

Why is CaloriBurn™ included at 15mg?

15mg is a research-relevant dose for grains of paradise extract standardized to 12.5% 6-paradol. Its value is that it targets brown adipose tissue thermogenesis, giving the formula a non-stimulant heat-production pathway in addition to the stimulant stack.

Will this make me sweat more?

Many users will notice more body heat and perspiration, especially during cardio. That effect is most likely driven by the combined thermogenic profile of caffeine, p-synephrine, CaloriBurn™, and the sweat-associated reputation of GBBGO®.

Can I stack Klout: PWR BURN with a pre-workout?

Only with caution. Since PWR BURN already contains 300mg caffeine plus other stimulatory ingredients, stacking it with a high-stim pre-workout can push total stimulant exposure too high; a stim-free pump or hydration product is usually the smarter pairing.

Should I take it with food or on an empty stomach?

Most users feel it more strongly on an emptier stomach because stimulant absorption is faster and more noticeable. If you are prone to nausea from fat burners, taking it with a light meal can improve tolerance but may slow the onset a bit.

Is the formula transparent or does it use proprietary blends?

It is fully disclosed. Every active ingredient and dose is listed, which is a significant advantage in a category where proprietary thermogenic blends often hide how much stimulant-like activity is really in the product.

What is GBBGO® doing here at 7.5mg?

GBBGO® is a trademarked form of gamma-butyrobetaine, the direct precursor to L-carnitine. At 7.5mg it is below the more common 10-25mg discussion range, so it should be viewed as a supportive thermogenic inclusion rather than the main driver of the formula.

How does this compare to softer 'metabolism support' capsules?

PWR BURN is much more aggressive. Many softer formulas rely on low caffeine and vague botanical blends, while this product openly delivers 300mg caffeine, standardized synephrine, trademarked grains of paradise, and a layered thermogenic profile designed to be felt.

Expensive, but nice
Style: AVR-X4800H
I previously owned a Denon AVR-2808ci since 2008. That model's remote control didn't work well, and all controls were unnecessarily convoluted, so I was hesitant to buy another Denon. The thing that made me give them another chance is that the sound quality was nice, and I was hoping their engineers learned from their mistakes. I'm glad I gave them the chance. This new model, the AVR-X4800H, also has excellent sound quality; however, unlike the old one I had, the controls on both the receiver itself, and especially on the remote control, are significantly improved. The controls are intuitive, and everything works perfectly. That alone made me happy with the purchase; however, the ability to run 4k @ 120 hz for video gaming, and with extra HDMI ports they have here, all added to that value quite a bit. Then, in addition to that, the old model I had ran super hot. In fact, so hot, from just basic usage, it fried itself three different times in the span of a couple weeks (during the winter time), and it kept being repaired under warranty, until they replaced the top grate with one that allows more ventilation. However, this new model doesn't appear to suffer from that same issue. It gets pretty warm, but nowhere near what the old one did -- and I'm using the same Bose Surround Sound system with the new one. That said, as a precaution, I went ahead and ordered an AC Infinity AirCom to put on top of it, to assist with cooling/ventilation, which has worked wonderfully as well. No the tempts on this Denon AVR have never gone above 87 deg, even on a warm room on the third floor during the late spring / summer time. The other hesitancy I had was the price tag. I only purchased it because it was on a "25% discount", from $2500 down to around $1850. Granted, it was similar when I purchased the other one 15 years ago, but it's just an awful lot of money, in my humble opinion. I would say it was borderline on whether I would buy it for this amount, and if it went up at all, I wouldn't have purchased it. I may not purchase it again for this price, especially if I have one already that is working well -- it was only the wonky one that I already owned, that I just wanted to get rid of, that put more pressure to give them one more chance. With a working device, I probably wouldn't pay these prices again. But, if it were a few hundred dollars cheaper, then I probably would buy it again. Hopefully this helps someone. It's a great device, just a bit expensive. And, if you get it, I would still recommend getting a top cooling fan for it.

Solid Next-Generation AVR.
Style: AVR-X2800H
I bought this for my 2.1 system used for TV (4K with 120 Hz), movies, video games (4K with 120 Hz), turntable, and digital audio. I have previously used Denon, Marantz, and NAD AVRs. I was using an old NAD without HDMI, and I really wanted everything to synch up. I tried out a stereo receiver since I am only running a 2.1, but I didn't mesh for me. It was fine, but I felt it was lacking especially around multi-channel audio and the lack of an LFE output for the sub. The 2800H was very intuitive and easy to set up right out of the box. Hooked up to a TV, it runs through everything step-by-step. After the initial setup, I downloaded and ran a firmware update. When I finally got to use my ears, the sound was already superior to what I had from the mid-2000s 60-watt-per-channel NAD AVR with an external Bluetooth/DAC and PCM cable from the TV AND the brand-new, 2023 model HDMI-equipped stereo receiver (that cost me more than the 2800H). After running Audyssey, the sound only got better. Then, I set up my 2 front speakers on a bi-amp setting, utilizing two of my unused channels to drive my woofer and tweeter with discrete power sources. The eARC and settings makes turning on my TV, PS5, and AVR easier and quicker. I enjoy the fact that I can use any remote to fix the volume so there is always a remote close when we need a quick mute or change in the volume. I find the HEOS app to be a little clunky, but I am loving it anyway. I can run high-definition audio through streaming, which is a huge improvement from using Apple Airplay 2 or Bluetooth. It also lets me talk on the phone, send and receive messages, etc. without interrupting the music. Right now, I am still tweaking my settings, but I can definitely say that the sound is really good. Have I heard better? Sure. This isn't an 11-channel receiver with Dirac, a 200 watt-per-channel, high-end "audiophile"-grade component, or a tube amp. It is best at multi-channel audio and does really well for music, especially with a good set of speakers and quality sub with parametric EQ. My speakers have are low sensitivity (84dB), and the 2800H puts out enough grunt to listen give nuance and life to music in listening position, to bump the music to listen in my kitchen two rooms over, or watch at theater-level volume in my medium-sized living room with 8-foot ceilings. This thing is getting daily use, and it is more than enough to get the job done in style. For what I need, the 2800H is spot on.

High-Quality Wire That’s Worth Every Foot
Size: 14/2 AWG-200 FT, Color: White
The GEARit 14 Gauge Speaker Wire (200 ft, CL2 rated) has been a great addition to my home audio setup. The 14 gauge thickness feels solid and gives me confidence that I’m getting good signal transfer without unnecessary loss, even over long runs. The CL2 rating is a big plus — it’s reassuring to know this cable is safe and approved for in-wall installation if I ever decide to run speakers through the walls rather than on the surface. What I like most: Flexible yet strong — easy to pull through studs and around corners Clear polarity markings — no guesswork when wiring speakers Smooth insulation — doesn’t snag or tangle while measuring and cutting Good value for 200 ft — plenty to cover multiple rooms or channels Whether you’re doing a DIY install or upgrading your audio system, this speaker wire delivers solid performance and peace of mind. Highly recommended!
