- CCM is revamping their Tacks protective line. Backed by science, Tacks protection has been tested and validated in the renowned CCM lab to ensure quality and functionality. With updates in the design, protection, and comfort aspects, the CCM Tacks AS 580 Senior Hockey Shin Guards are designed to offer competitive protection while enhancing mobility.
- Starting out with the kneecaps of the Tacks AS 580, there is a premium level JDP cap construction plus a protective comfort donut. This pro level cap is designed to disperse impact force away from the knee joint. For added padding and comfort there is the donut in the knee, which will help to keep your knee in place and offer optimum comfort.
- Just above the kneecaps of the AS 580 is a mid-density foam thigh guard. This pro-level thigh guard offers premium protection between the knee and bottom of the hockey pants.
- Moving down to the shin, the Tacks AS 580 Shin Guards feature an anatomic-fitting PE shin cap providing players with high-level protection and durability. Additionally, there is a tape groove allowing players to lock in hockey tape keeping your pads stable all game long.
- On the calf area of the Tacks AS 580 Shin Guards, CCM incorporated an exposed injection molded calf guard. This premium injected molded calf guard gives you pro level protection from shots and stick checks in the calf area.
- Keeping everything secured is the Adaptfit straps which include a length adjustable calf strap. This adjustable strap will help the shin guards wrap any size calf comfortably and help keep them snug and in place all game long.
- On the interior of the Tacks AS 580 Shin Guards is where you will find CCM’s removable sublimated liner. This liner will offer a custom fit and enhanced comfort.

My Dog Loves this!

My dog loves her Nubbies! My Dog chews her Nubbie every morning after she has her breakfast. She sometimes wants my husband or I to hold it for her while she chews on it. I think it is really good for her teeth and gums. These last a few months for our dog who chews it every morning. After a few months the edges get a little rough from all the chewing so I throw it out and replace with a new one. These are very reasonably priced, so I always have a fresh one ready to go. She gets very excited when we get a new one out of the package..

One Tough Ball!

Our dogs are loving this ball. Our 1 yr old hound is a world-class chewer and he can't make a dent in this ball. The interactive buzzing and bouncing keeps them entertained for long durations. It's a mite noisy but the barking from the 1 yr old is much louder, lol. Even turned off, they like playing with it and chewing on it. Based on the tough construction, we think it will last much longer than traditional chew balls.

Great toy to relieve stress in a dog.

He actually cares FOR this toy. I think he thinks its alive. I put it in his Kong weeble wobble thing because that thing actually is indestructible, thinking he'd be able to play with it but not be able to tear it up and he started yelping like he was hurt. I do expect him at some point to tear this thing up if he gets bored with it. He's a shredder and the material looks shred-able. But right now he loves this thing. First toy he takes to bed with him. ;)
