Suggested Use:
Heart Formula: 2 droppers, 2-3 times a day
Great Heart Tea: 1 cup of tea in the evening after supper. Use 1-3 tablespoons of tea per quart of water. Heat water to almost boiling, remove from heat, and pour over tea. Stir, cover, and steep for 20 to 30 minutes or overnight. Strain, sweeten if desired, and serve. Adjust amount of tea, steeping time, and temperature according to preference. That’s the beauty of loose-leaf tea, you can make it to taste!
Enzym-a-core: 1-2 capsules on an empty stomach (1 hour before a meal or 2 hours after) 2-3 times a day. Start with 1 capsule once or twice a day and gradually increase dose and/or frequency until desired results are achieved, up to 3 capsules per day.
Energizing Morning Blend: With your first meal of the day, add 1 scoop to 8 ounces of water, juice, tea, milk, milk substitute or your favorite smoothie. Enjoy!
