6g Citrulline, Chill Caffeine, No-Hide Fat-Burner Boost

Think of Bucked Up Heat for Him as a combo thermogenic and performance booster in capsule form, not just a basic stim fat burner. The idea is simple: give you enough caffeine to amp up energy and workout intensity, then add stuff that makes your sessions better – like better blood flow, sharper mind, and less fatigue. That's key because the real fat burner is the one that lets you train harder when calories are down.

The star here is 6,000mg citrulline malate – that's right in the sweet spot for pre-workout boosts. Citrulline turns into arginine in your kidneys better than taking arginine straight, ramping up nitric oxide for wider blood vessels. In the gym, you feel better blood flow, a killer pump, more nutrients to muscles, and easier handling of back-to-back sets. At 6g, this is no joke – it's a heavy hitter that makes this product feel like a real performance tool, unlike most capsule fat burners.

You've got 2,000mg beta-alanine. Studies show 3,200-6,400mg daily is ideal, so this is under that full mark, but it still helps build up carnosine if you take it regularly. Beta-alanine is the key building block for carnosine, which soaks up acid in your muscles during tough training. That means you push through the burn longer, especially in 1-10 minute efforts. You might get that tingly feeling, but the real win comes over weeks, not right away.

Caffeine anhydrous at 200mg is the main driver for heat and performance. It's a solid, middle-of-the-road dose: ramps up alertness, drive to train, your sense of energy, and how many calories you burn through your central nervous

Bucked Up Heat Him by Bucked Up contains 12mcg Chromium, a effective dose for training performance and pump.

Key Highlights

  • 6,000mg Citrulline Malate – this dose is the real MVP here, hitting that sweet spot for workout performance. Citrulline ramps up arginine and nitric oxide better than straight arginine, opening up blood flow, giving you epic pumps, and helping you crush more work in the gym.
  • 200mg Caffeine Anhydrous – a smart, everyday stim level that wakes you up, fires up your training motivation, and kicks thermogenesis into gear without making most guys feel wired out. For dudes cutting fat, this hits the spot for better sessions without ruining your day.
  • 2,000mg Beta-Alanine – not the full daily clinical amount, but still packs a punch for building carnosine over time. It helps your muscles fight off that acid burn during intense reps, letting you delay fatigue in those tough sets.
  • AlphaSize® Alpha-GPC at 200mg – this branded choline booster helps make acetylcholine for better focus and muscle connection. It gives a smooth mental edge on top of caffeine, making this feel like a targeted formula, not some generic pill.
  • Fully disclosed label – everything's out in the open, no sneaky blends or hidden stims. In a world of fat burners with mystery labels, this lets you check every ingredient against real studies and know exactly what you're popping.
  • Capsules with legit performance ingredients – most fat burner pills are just stims with fluff. This one stands out with a serious 6g citrulline malate in easy-to-take caps.
  • Vitamin B12 as methylcobalamin at 100mcg – this active form supports your energy systems and nerves. It's not replacing caffeine, but it fits great in a formula that's all about performance, better than cheap versions.
  • Taurine plus sodium support – taurine keeps cells hydrated and signals calcium right, while Himalayan rock salt adds sodium for fluid balance and muscle work. Doses are on the lighter side, but it's a smart combo that goes beyond just stims.

Bucked Up Heat Him by Bucked Up contains 12mcg Chromium, a effective dose for training performance and pump.

Who Is This For?

  • Guys in a deficit who want workouts to stay strong, not suck. 200mg caffeine brings back the fire when food's low, 6g citrulline malate keeps flow and quality up so cuts don't kill sessions.
  • Intermediate lifters in muscle-building phases with short rests and high volume. Citrulline malate pumps you up, beta-alanine helps handle repeat sets over time.
  • Fasted morning crew wanting moderate stims, not all-day shakes. 200mg caffeine is punchy but not nuts, capsules are grab-and-go easy.
  • Dudes recomping with lifts and conditioning. Built for better output, with solid citrulline malate, beta-alanine, and alpha-GPC.
  • Folks over mystery fat burners who want full details. Label shows it all, so you can check against studies, not guess.
  • Gym rats needing focus without a full nootropic. AlphaSize® alpha-GPC plus caffeine makes training feel engaged, not just hyped.

How to Use

Take 2 capsules with 8-12 ounces of water 20-30 minutes pre-workout. That lines up with caffeine kicking in for your main sets. Stim-sensitive? Start with 1 cap to test, especially if you're a coffee drinker. Capsules mean no mixing – just swallow with water. Empty stomach speeds it up for many, but if stims bug your gut, add a light meal and expect a slower start. Don't stack with other caffeinated stuff unless you're tracking total intake. Goes well with creatine, intra hydration, or post protein based on goals. Stick with it for beta-alanine's buildup – it's not instant. Cycle off sometimes if caffeine tolerance creeps up. Keep it cool, dry, lid tight.

What to Expect

First 10 minutes, it's just the ritual of taking caps with water – maybe a mental gear-up for some. At 10-20 minutes, caffeine kicks in with alertness, readiness, and a training mindset; beta-alanine might tingle a bit. By 20-40 minutes, it's prime time: steady energy, clean focus, and citrulline boosts flow and pump once you start moving. From 40-90 minutes, it holds up, depending on your tolerance and workout. Days 1-7, you get solid energy and flow right away, with beta-alanine loading quietly. Weeks 2-4 consistent, carnosine builds, letting you handle burn and reps better.

Key Ingredients

Frequently Asked Questions

How much caffeine is in Bucked Up Heat for Him?

Each 2-capsule serving provides 200mg of caffeine anhydrous. That places it in the moderate-stim range: strong enough for most users to feel a clear energy and focus boost, but not as aggressive as many hardcore thermogenic formulas.

Is this actually a fat burner or more of a pre-workout in capsules?

It is marketed as a fat burner, but the formula behaves like a hybrid thermogenic-performance product. The 200mg caffeine supports energy and thermogenesis, while 6,000mg citrulline malate, 2,000mg beta-alanine, and 200mg AlphaSize® make it much more training-oriented than a typical capsule fat burner.

Is 6g of citrulline malate a real dose?

Yes. 6,000mg is a clinically relevant performance dose and one of the most impressive parts of the formula. Citrulline increases arginine and nitric oxide levels, which supports vasodilation, pump, and blood flow during training.

Will the beta-alanine make me tingle?

It can. This product contains 2,000mg beta-alanine, which is enough for some users to notice paresthesia, the harmless tingling or prickling sensation commonly associated with the ingredient. The real performance benefit, however, comes from consistent use over time as muscle carnosine stores build.

How should I take Bucked Up Heat for Him for best results?

Take 2 capsules 20-30 minutes before training with water. If you are stimulant-sensitive, begin with 1 capsule to assess tolerance, and be careful combining it with coffee, energy drinks, or other pre-workouts because the formula already provides 200mg caffeine.

Can I use this on non-training days?

Yes, especially if you want more consistent exposure to beta-alanine, since that ingredient works through cumulative carnosine loading rather than immediate acute effects. Just keep total daily caffeine intake in mind and avoid taking it too late in the day.

Is the alpha-GPC dose strong enough to matter?

At 200mg AlphaSize®, this is a useful support dose rather than a heavy standalone nootropic dose. It works best in context: paired with caffeine, it can help sharpen focus, mental engagement, and mind-muscle connection during training.

How transparent is the label?

Very transparent. There are no proprietary blends in the active formula, so every listed ingredient and dose is disclosed. That is a major advantage in the fat burner category, where hidden doses are still common.

Can I stack this with creatine?

Yes, and that is one of the best stacks for training performance. Creatine supports rapid ATP regeneration, while this formula covers stimulation, blood flow, and fatigue resistance, giving you a broader performance foundation during a cut.

How does this compare with generic fat burners on Amazon?

Most generic fat burners rely heavily on caffeine and marketing botanicals, with little real performance support. This formula stands out by providing a fully disclosed label and a serious 6g citrulline malate dose, plus beta-alanine and AlphaSize®, making it much more useful for people who actually train.

Great product
Style: Stereo Receiver, Configuration: Receiver
This is a great basic receiver. It's very easy to understand, setup and operate. This receiver sounds excellent and includes Bluetooth so I can stream Apple Music and Spotify to the receiver. My only negative comments would be that the speaker connections are the spring-loaded terminals which require thin gauge speaker wires or Flex Pin Banana Plugs. Also, you should be aware the FM Antenna (provided) is a wire antenna utilizing a strange plug-in adapter. It was perfectly adequate for what I needed however I think it could be an issue if you were in a remote area that required a mast antenna.

Shockingly Great: Do Not Be Skeptical Of The Ultra Low Price
Style: Stereo Receiver, Configuration: Receiver
Do not allow the extremely low price on this Sony STRDH 190 stereo receiver to in any way prejudice you against considering it as a wonderful entry-level stereo receiver. I have purchased thousands of products on Amazon over the past 25 years, and I cannot think of any item that pleasantly surprised me more profoundly than this one. I also purchased the matching (style) Sony turntable PS-LX310BT which works perfectly with the STRDH 190 receiver. Sony's lowest priced receiver now sells for the astounding bargain price of only around $200, though I caught it on sale for closer to $150... and as impossible as this is the believe, it has in recent years gone on sale for as little as $99(!) I have no idea how Sony makes a profit at these price levels. Now I know, most people would think, "there is just no way a $200 receiver is high quality"... but I am telling you, that is dead wrong in this case, and you should prepare to be blown away by what you get at this crazy low price point. This is NOT a no frills unit. It is feature packed. It has connections for TWO PAIR (four total) speakers, and PLENTY of clean no-distortion power to drive all four speakers to loud and clear volume levels. It also has an A/B speaker switch to play through speaker set A, or speaker set B, or all four speakers at once. It has a phono stage pre-amp which is actually very good. Seriously, it is much better than the phono stage pre-amp built into my Emotiva integrated amp for which I paid $1,000. It plays vinyl loud with no distortion. You will NOT need an external phono pre-amp. It has excellent Bluetooth wireless connectivity built in... no trouble getting it to instantly recognized sources and play them perfectly. You can play all the music on your iPhone or other digital device, wirelessly. It has a huge allotment of extra connections, ... a whopping FOUR inputs... so you can also hook up a CD player, and another external device of your choice, and another one after that, and another one after that! (WOW). And that's is not counting your PHONO input which is actually a fifth input connection. Astounding accommodation of external sources at this (or almost any) price point. If you are a dinosaur who listens to FM ... it's got an FM receiver with 30 station presets, and an output to hook up a proper external FM antenna, and a long-wire FM antenna is included in the package Sony says the "HiRes" audio produced by this unit is "superior to CD quality"... though I am not sure how to measure that claim, especially if the extrnal source you are using is a CD player. It comes with a very high quality remote control, with real buttons, and many features. You can actually program each of your external sources to appear in the illuminated display as the specific names you want, rather than a generic default source name like "CD". The low price may raise an eyebrow, and the fairly light weight (much heavier on one side than on the other curiously) nature of the unit may also cause doubt... but only until you set it up and start listening, and your jaw drops. I would put this sub-$200 receiver up against any receiver on the market priced under $800, (and probably several of them priced at twice that much!) and I believe you will not be disappointed in the sound quality of Sony's entry-level unit. You certainly will NEVER find another receiver anywhere near this price point with so many features and inputs... all of which work flawlessly. This is the greatest bargain in the world of affordably-priced HiFi equipment. It is easily worth multiple times the asking price.

Overall Excellent - Thorough Review - READ ME
Style: Stereo Receiver, Configuration: Receiver
I'm not an audiophile per se, but I do have elevated listening preferences. I enjoy finding the value in devices, and system configs. So that's the reason I tried this more budget-friendly receiver. Aesthetics: The look is very sleek and modern, which is great but sometimes I miss the nostalgia of more knobs. There is no base/treble knob and most everything is controlled by remote. That's fine I suppose, just be aware. The volume knob is very large and traditional which I love, but is also very stiff and not buttery smooth like you might expect. Perhaps that will break-in. Sound Quality: Wow, this sounds incredible. There is definitely a DSP happening that is noticeably awesome. It's referred to by Sony as Pure Direct. If you want to by-pass this, you can, but you'll hear right away the difference is major. I'm using simple Klipsch bookshelf speakers, and my expectations are surpassed on how much they come to life with bright and rich sound. Definitely a nice pairing for those shopping for speakers along with this unit. Overall the SQ is gonna be tough to beat without spending exponentially more. Remote: The remote is nice, sleek, and has what you need to quickly access. No complaints there. Installation: Takes minutes, super easy. Didn't follow any instructions due to my general confidence hooking up home audio gear. Overall: I highly recommend this one, and I'm picky. Initially, I fully expected to return this receiver, but plan to keep it. The only thing that may change my mind, is if I miss the nostalgia... then I'll have to go vintage. But no way a vintage receiver will sound this good. Props to Sony. Well done :) A+

Nice amplifier for the cost.
Style: Stereo Receiver, Configuration: Receiver
I had been using my Marantz model 22 receiver now for a couple years now with the TV, dvd player, and youtube music from my tablet. I like lots of knots and switches on my audio gear, I'm an engineer. I was getting tired of the seemingly endless up and down to adjust volume and whatever. And my inputs on the Marantz were maxed out. I searched Amazon to see what was available as a possible replacement that had a REMOTE. This Sony caught my eye. Relatively inexpensive, plenty of inputs, and specs I could trust, not a 3x4x5 box offering 220+220 watts of unlimited power! Ordered it and been using it for over a month now. Only 2 knobs, how good could that be? Well, it's remote let's me control everything without getting up. Plenty of output power, 100+100 watts of true RMS power. I didn't plan on using the Bluetooth but I tried it with the tablet, keeping the tablet by me, and it really impressed this old audiophile. I really don't have any negatives about it, even the fm sounds great. It was heavier than expected but not as much as that old Marantz. I even popped the cover. The build quality was what I consider good. I only wish I could find a service manual with the schematic for it.
