TN Traction Control monitors your powered and unpowered wheel speeds to detect slip and reduce power to gain more grip. This can be the edge you need to win your races.

How it works

This system uses your gearbox speed sensor, ABS sensors or hall effect sensors to gather wheel speed data. Once the powered wheel is spinning faster than the unpowered wheel, the system recognizes the slip. It then refers to the configurable traction control strategy to determine how much, if any, power reduction is applied.

 Compatibility 

This system is compatible with the following platforms:

• Hondata managed ECUs
• Engines running coil on plug that are comfortable running wasted spark mode
• Distributor based engines
• Honda ODB1 systems running Hondata, eCtune, Neptune, HTS, with or without coil on plug systems., or
• Aftermarket ODB1 ECUs using distributor as output, or
  
• Any ECU that accepts 5V input to do ignition retard
• Any ECU that has full throttle shift as input *

* These platforms may not get the best results.

Speed sensor required:

Either of the following will work, in order of preference:

• ABS sensors, custom wheel speed sensors, or stock gearbox sensors .
  

FAQ

• What If I don't have ABS sensors, can this still work?
  
• Yes! ABS is best but you don't need it. We still manage to do a pretty good job with the RPM slew rate vs vehicle speed. It basically determines how fast your RPM should be climbing vs the speed/gear you are in. 
• I have a 6 cylinder car, can this still work?
• While this was designed for 4 cylinder cars, the 6+ cylinder cars may get some benefit by reducing power on 2 cylinders.
