Omega Pure EPA-DHA 720: Highly concentrated omega-3 fish oil (anchovy, sardine, mackerel), capsule shell (gelatin, glycerin, purified water), natural lemon/lime flavor, proprietary antioxidant blend (consisting of natural tocopherols, rosemary extract, and ascorbyl palmitate).

Other Ingredients :
Essential Multi with Iron: Capsule (hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, sodium copper chlorophyllin), vegetable magnesium stearate.

Bone Support Extra Strength: Microcrystalline cellulose, hydroxypropyl cellulose, vegetable stearic acid, croscarmellose sodium, hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, vegetable magnesium stearate, glycine.

Contains: Fish (anchovy, sardine, mackerel).

Each Packet Contains: 3 Essential Multi with Iron capsules (green), 2 Omega Pure EPA-DHA 500 softgels (golden yellow), 2 Bone Support Extra Strength tablets (white).
Recommendations :

Warnings:

Pregnant women and women who may become pregnant should not exceed 3,000 mcg RAE (10,000 IU) of preformed vitamin A (retinyl acetate) per day. Contains fish oil.
