While driving through Texas, towing our 5th wheel and on our way to another state, as a passenger I saw the sign for Amarillo and knew there was something important in that town I needed to remember before we drove past. In a rare bit of luck, I found out what it was before we passed the exit and there was plenty of space

An iconic American roadside attraction, the Cadillac Ranch is an ever changing art installation I've heard about since I was small. While driving through Texas, towing our 5th wheel and on our way to another state, as a passenger I saw the sign for Amarillo and knew there was something important in that town I needed to remember before we drove past. In a rare bit of luck, I found out what it was before we passed the exit and there was plenty of space to park our giant home on wheels. We didn't have spray paint, but the sky was perfect for some interesting film photos and a memorable visit to this cool place.
