50-histidine
L-histidine is an organic chemical compound from the group of amino acids or exogenous. The human body is capable of synthesizing it on its own, but for various reasons, usually dictated by physiological needs, it is necessary to provide them exogenously (supplementation or with food). Histidine is a precursor to the synthesis of carnosine and histamine, which plays an important role in our immune system. It has a positive effect on digestion and is released in the gastric enzyme gastrin, the essence of our digestion.
