In bocca è fresco e corposo, agrumato nello sviluppo gustativo, fino al finale sapido e appagante.Il Toscana IGT “Canonico” 2018 di Castellare di Castellina è prodotto con uve chardonnay in purezza allevate nei vigneti posti tra i 350 e i 400 metri sul livello del mare. La fermentazione e la maturazione a contatto con le fecce nobili sono eseguiti in botti di rovere francese. Un bianco in stile borgognone, di grande struttura e mineralità, complesso, da bere anche fra qualche anno.
Bianco corposo, da abbinare a secondi piatti a base di pesce e carni bianche, come baccalà in tempura e pollo fritto con chutney di albicocca.

I had some jewelry I wanted to gift to mt niece and needed something to send it in. This was a lovely little box, great for travel or sending jewelry in.
