In 1978 plantte Pionier in Marlborough, Neal en Judy Ibbotson, hun eerste wijngaard. Lange tijd verkochten zij hun druiven aan lokale wineries, maar langzaamaan ontstond de wens om zelf wijn te maken. Om dit te kunnen realiseren werd wijnmaker Kim Crawford aangenomen, een van de beste wijnmakers van Nieuw-Zeeland. En zo verscheen in 1994 de eerste Saint Clair Estate wijn onder eigen label op de markt. Saint Clair heeft in vijf verschillende districten in Marlborough wijngaard. Dit zijn Doctor’s Creek Vineyard, Awatere Valley Vineyard, Rapaura Vineyard, Omaka Vineyard en Ben Morven. Het wijnhuis verkoopt ook druiven aan andere lokale wineries, maar dan alleen de druiven die ze zelf niet goed genoeg vinden. De wijnen zijn internationaal bekend en worden zowel nationaal als internationaal gewaardeerd. Saint Clair is een van de pioniers van wijnbouw in Marlborough, Nieuw-Zeeland. Naast vele single vineyard Sauvignon Blanc-wijnen maken ze ook een botrytis-dessertwijn van Riesling die uitblinkt door z’n spannende zoet-zuurspel. Saint Clair Godfrey's Creek Noble Reserve Riesling wordt verbouwd in de wijngaard van John en Lynne Walsh in het hart van de Marlborough Valley. Zorgvuldig geselecteerde druiventrossen werden tot laat in het seizoen aan de wijnstok gehangen om rozijnen en botrytis te bevorderen. De druiven werden met de hand geoogst, hele trossen geperst en in de tank gefermenteerd met een speciaal geselecteerde giststam. To fit or not to fit?

NIce quality, comfortable fabric, dries quick, and retains color after multiple washings. However; the fit did not work 100% for me. The legs kind of rode up and the boy shorts had a tendency to ride down, especially with consistent bending up and down activity. Good product but not a perfect fit for my shape. The bikini style was ideal and purchased multiple times.
