Riposa in bottiglia sui propri lieviti per almeno 30 mesi, svelandosi teso, fruttato e ricco di sostanza. Composto da circa il 55% di vino vendemmia 2021 e il restante da vini di riserva del 2020, inoltre una parte, circa la metà, fa un passaggio in botti di rovere. È uno Champagne molto aromatico, e armonico in tutte le sue componenti organolettiche: offre una bella beva in tutto e per tutto.
Perfetto con la cucina a base di pesce, è ideale in abbinamento con il risotto ai frutti di mare.
