Volwassenen: 1 tot 2 capsules per dag, innemen een half uur voor het slapengaan.

Extract van Eschscholzia californica (Slaapmutsje, bovengrondse delen), Extract van Melissa officinalis (Citroenmelisse, blad), omhulling: Hydroxypropylmethylcellulose, Extract van Valeriana officinalis (Echte valeriaan, wortel), Extract van Humulus lupulus (Hop, vrouwelijke bloeiwijze), vulstof: Microkristallijne cellulose, L-tyrosine, Extract van Passiflora incarnata (Wilde passiebloem, bovengrondse delen), bevochtigingsmiddel: Magnesiumstearaat, antiklontermiddel: Siliciumdioxide, Cyanocobalamine (Vitamine B12), Melatonine.

Een voedingssupplement mag niet als vervanging van een gevarieerde en evenwichtige voeding en van een gezonde levensstijl worden gebruikt. De dagelijks aanbevolen hoeveelheid niet overschrijden. Niet geschikt voor kinderen jonger dan 12 jaar. Niet gebruiken tijdens de zwangerschap of borstvoeding. Niet gebruiken in combinatie met medicijnen die het centraal zenuwstelsel onderdrukken, zoals anti-depressiva en kalmerende middelen (slaapmiddelen).
