  • Dobsonmontering
  • De Byomic SkyDiver 102/640 is uitgerust met een Dobsonmontering waardoor de telescoop eenvoudig azimutaal (horizontaal en verticaal) beweegt. Omdat de Dobson telescoop alleen maar op een vlakke ondergrond geplaatst hoeft te worden heeft u niet veel ruimte nodig en kunt u direct beginnen met observeren. De Dobsonmontering zorgt er ook voor dat de telescoop snel kan worden opgeborgen en weinig ruimte inneemt. Bij de Byomic SkyDiver 102/640 is in de montage een handvat gemaakt, waardoor de telescoop eenvoudig te dragen en te verplaatsen is.
  • Toepassing Byomic Dobson Telescoop SkyDiver 102/640
  • De Byomic Dobson Telescoop SkyDiver 102/640 is een krachtige en eenvoudige telescoop. De telescoop op een vlakke ondergrond geplaatst wordt is het gebruiksklaar. Door de Dobsonmontering kan de telescoop eenvoudig links- en rechtsom bewegend naar boven en beneden. Wanneer de juiste positie bereikt wordt, kan dit vastgezet worden met de handige vergrendelknoppen.
  • Oculairen
  • Er worden twee oculairs opgenomen, één met een brandpuntafstand van 20 mm en één met 6 mm waarmee vergrotingen vergroot kunnen worden van ingewikkelde 32x en 107x. Wanneer er gebruik gemaakt wordt van de geplaatste Barlowlens kunnen er zelfs vergrotingen gewaardeerd worden tot maar liefst 321x.

Het is aan te raden om met een kleine vergroting te starten en dit uit te gezamenlijk. Wanneer er gelijk begonnen wordt met een grote vergroting (6 mm oculair) zullen de resultaten meestal niet geaccepteerd zijn.

Wanneer een oculair gebruikt wordt met een groot brandpunt en dus weinig vergroting, dan zal het oog meer licht opvangen waardoor dit een duidelijker beeld oplevert dan wanneer een grote vergroting wordt gebruikt met een kleiner brandpunt.

Met behulp van de Red Dot-zoeker kan de telescoop eenvoudig op een hemellichaam gericht worden. Wanneer de Red Dot wordt bekeken en u de telescoop beweegt zodat het puntje zichtbaar op een hemellichaam staat, zal u dit ook zien wanneer u door het oculair kijkt.

My dog is singularly obsessed with playing ball. He would drop a steak to chase a ball. (He'd return to the steak, but not without the retrieved ball. He's not an idiot.) Enter the ChuckIt Glow Ball! The minute Cowboy got his first Glow Ball, he no longer had any interest in the dozens of tennis balls scattered around the house and yard. If I took the Glow Ball away and instead threw a tennis ball, Cowboy would run to retrieve the ball, then return without it and begin looking all over the house for the Glow Ball. The Glow Ball is tough enough to survive Cowboy's big, sharp chompers, yet it's soft enough to do no harm when it hits him in the face. The glow feature is a huge bonus, too. Cowboy gets distracted by chipmunks and squirrels when we're playing, so he sometimes can't remember where he dropped the ball to pursue the interloper. If the ball was exposed to enough light before it was misplaced, it will be easy to find once the sun goes down. (Otherwise, Cowboy always finds it eventually.) When I'm feeling nocturnal, I'll put the ball under a light for a few minutes to activate the electrons, then treat my boy to a middle-of-the-night game of fetch. I was so happy to see these on sale, I bought a lifetime supply for my pantry. The size guide seems accurate. ChuckIt recommended the large size for a dog of Cowboy's weight and that size is perfect. Highly recommended product.
