Pascal Jolivet is opgericht in 1987 en is een van de meest dynamische domeinen in het Franse Loiredal. Gevestigd in Sancerre, bezit het domein nu zeventig hectare wijngaarden verspreid over de appellations van Sancerre en Pouilly Fumé. Het domein vult het landgoed aan met extra fruit afkomstig van contracttelers op lange termijn, enkele van de belangrijkste locaties van de regio, waaronder ‘Les Caillottes’, ‘Le Chêne Marchand’ en ‘Le Clos du Roy’. Pascal deelt zijn filosofie met wijnmaker Valentina Buoso: in harmonie met de natuur werken om wijnen te produceren met puur fruit, een lineair karakter en mineraliteit, waardoor een natuurlijke expressie van de wijngaard de wijnen een gevoel van plaats kan geven. Jolivet bezit 42 hectare wijngaard in Sancerre op een hoogte van 200 tot 400 meter, dicht bij de dorpen Bué, Verdigny en Ste Gemme. De ligging, dicht bij de rivier de Loire en omgeven door bos, creëert een relatief mild microklimaat voor de wijngaarden. Deze wijn is geselecteerd uit een perceel van 3,5 hectare met veertig jaar oude wijnstokken geplant op hellingen op het zuiden op de top van het dorp Bué-en-Sancerre in het gebied genaamd "La Plante des Prés", een van de beste locaties in Sancerre. Bodems zijn rijk aan kalksteen met uitstekende afvoer. De opbrengsten zijn erg laag: de oude wijnstokken produceren minder dan 45 hectoliter per hectare. De wijnstokken worden getraind met behulp van het verticale scheutpositioneringssysteem.Handmatige oogst voor deze Sancerre Clos du Roy
De druiven worden met de hand geplukt en met de hand gesorteerd en vervolgens voorzichtig geperst. Het sap wordt vervolgens in roestvrij staal vergist met wilde gisten gedurende 25 dagen bij 18 graden. Na de gisting rijpt de wijn nog twee maanden in roestvrij staal alvorens te bottelen. Zo ontstaat deze geconcentreerde wijn met een zweem van groen. Fris intens aroma van citrus en groene tonen. Krachtig van smaak en met een minerale afdronk.Shipping Notes

nice set

I bought this set to organize a messy desk drawer and it made a huge difference right away. Having multiple sizes in one pack is what really makes this set useful. I was able to customize the layout instead of trying to force everything into a few fixed compartments.
The trays feel sturdy enough for everyday use and the clear design makes it easy to see everything at a glance. I used them for things like pens, paper clips, chargers, and random small items that usually get lost, and now everything actually has a place.
They also don’t slide around much once placed, especially if the drawer is fairly full, which I appreciated. Setup took just a few minutes and instantly made the space look cleaner and more put together.
If I had to note anything, the plastic is lightweight, so it is not heavy duty, but for organizing office supplies it works perfectly fine.
Overall, a really practical set that helps you stay organized without overthinking it.

Great organizers!

This is a really practical organizer set. I used it in my bathroom and nightstand drawers, and it helped clean everything up fast.
The different sizes are the best part—you can mix and match depending on what you’re storing.
Only reason I’m giving 4 stars is because the plastic isn’t super heavy-duty, but it’s still perfectly fine for everyday use.

Nice drawer organizers with a lot of versatility.

I bought these to organize my desk drawer because it seems like I can never find anything I'm looking for without taking everything out first,which is always a pain,so I thought why not try a set of drawer organizers.Talk about night and day,these things keep all my stuff tidy and easy to find now,it's great!
The plastic doesn't feel cheap either and the different sizes are very versatile,they also come with enough rubber feet for all the containers,though you do have to peel and stick them on yourself,but it's easy and the adhesive feels very strong.
I would definitely recommend these if you're looking for some great containers to get things more organized.

Easy to configure. So helpful!

My house has old bathroom cabinets that are too narrow for most organizers I have found. These organizers come in different sizes so I can mix and match the pieces to fit the drawers and items I have to store.
I have filled two drawers with these and still have more containers to use. These are truly the tool for the job. They are sturdy, stable and I thought I would have trouble with them moving around but they stay in place while maintaining their versatility. If I need to switch out stuff, I just reconfigure the drawer. No assembly required.
One of my most favorite simple purchases. I can’t believe I have lived without these simple but helpful organizers!
