Hoe gebruik je de BodemBox Totaal?

Met de BodemBox Totaal herstel je je bodem effectief, afhankelijk van je situatie. De dosering is 50 g/m² BodemBoost, 50 g/m² BodemBalans en 400 g/m² BodemBehoud, beschikbaar voor 25 m², 50 m², 100 m² of 200 m². Volg deze stappen:

 

  • Bij grondbewerking of voorzaaien: Start met BodemBoost en BodemBalans. Strooi gelijkmatig (25-200 m²) en geef licht water. Wacht 2-3 weken, strooi dan BodemBehoud en besproei opnieuw.
  • Gedurende het seizoen: Strooi alles tegelijk – BodemBoost, BodemBalans en BodemBehoud – over je tuin (25-200 m²) en geef water.
  • Best practice: Wachten met BodemBehoud (2-3 weken na BodemBoost en BodemBalans) is ideaal, maar alles tegelijk kan ook. Dit optimaliseert de werking van micro-organismen en mineralen.

Vermijd chemicaliën 2 weken voor en na gebruik van de BodemBox Totaal. Laat de natuur zijn gang gaan!

Glowy but not sure about the spf

My first impression was that this works more like a basic body shimmer than anything else. The Glistening Bronze shade gives a noticeable glow, especially on arms and shoulders. It spreads easily and adds a warm shimmer in the light, but the overall effect feels pretty simple and more cosmetic than skincare focused. In use, the oil blends in smoothly and feels lightweight on the skin. It does leave a bit of moisture behind, similar to a light body oil, and the shimmer shows up well outdoors. The bronze tone is fairly deep, so it seems better suited for medium to darker skin tones or anyone who wants a stronger bronzed glow. The product mentions SPF 45, but there is very little information about the sun protection side of it, so I personally treat this more like a shimmer oil than a sunscreen.
