Handgemaakte vintage kussens Historisch gezien worden vloerkussens gemaakt van vloerkleden. De ambachtslieden snijden de handgeweven unieke tapijten in vierkante stukken die vervolgens weer aan elkaar worden genaaid. Dit geeft uw vloerkussen een origineel verhaal en maakt het uniek. De vloerkussens worden gemaakt door ambachtslieden in Marokko met een mix van liefde, wol en jarenlange ervaring. In samenwerking met onze coöperatie in Marrakech vervaardigen onze ambachtslieden de mooiste creaties. Wij blijven investeren in de persoonlijke ontwikkeling van de ambachtslieden. Hierbij kunnen wij met trots garanderen dat bij elke aankoop de maker van uw prachtige vloerkussen ten goede komt. Can I be a heretic in this world?
Format: Kindle
This world is fun.
This world is interesting.
This world would be fascinating to visit.
And that also holds true with the characters. Fischer is interesting even as a semi-broken former elite businessman who threw it all away just before getting hit by a truck and thrown into the world. The humble and not-so-humble villagers he meets are perfect foils for him. They never felt like they were nothing but tropes. Yes, Roger's wife is sick and he's grumpy and unwelcoming, but there were depths to it. We learn over time who he is as a husband, father and farmer. All of the other human characters have some backstory even if we don't see it on the pages. Its still clearly reflected in their decisions and actions.
And the animal friends of Fischer that slowly gain power and intelligence due to his actions are wonderful.
This is a story that was carefully and lovingly crafted and is definitely one of my favorites for the year to date.
