Als er één sport is waarbij een gemiddelde training vaak het uiterste van je lichaam vraagt, is het wel boksen. Boksen, the Noble Art of Self Defence, biedt de ideale mix van trainen op uithoudingsvermogen en het versterken van de spieren.
Er is geen sport waarbij je zo snel een beresterke conditie opbouwt als bij het boksen. Een bokser is immers voortdurend in beweging.
