Ingredienten
Inhoud HeltiQ Kraampakket 2 x Kraammatras 60 x 90 cm 1 x Matrasbeschermer 100 x 150 cm 5 x Onderlegger 60 x 60 cm 1 x Navelstrengklem, steriel 1 x Flesje Alcohol 70%, 120 ml 1 x Verbandwatten 100 gram 1 x Hechtpleister 5 m x 2.5 cm 24 x Kraamverband 20 x Maandverband 30 x Zoogkompres 32 x Gaaskompres
Gebruik
Toepassing HeltiQ Kraampakket Stap 1. Start met het opmaken van je kraambed vanaf 36 weken zwangerschap. Stap 2. Verhoog je bed op minimaal 80 cm met behulp van (gehuurde) klossen of gebruik kratten. Stap 3. Pak de matrasbeschermer uit het kraampakket. Deze gebruikt je om je matras te beschermen wanneer ’s nachts de vliezen breken. Plaats de matrasbeschermer in de breedte op het matras op de plek waar het onderlichaam zich op het matras bevindt en steek de matrasbeschermer om het matras heen. Stap 4. Plaats een hoeslaken over het matras en de matrasbeschermer. Stap 5. Pak de twee kraammatrassen en leg deze bovenop het hoeslaken op de plek waar het onderlichaam zich op het matras bevindt. Stap 6. Lig je liever niet rechtstreeks op de kraammatrassen? Plaats dan een extra hoeslaken over het bed. Stap 7. De onderleggers worden gebruikt tijdens de thuisbevalling en voor het uitvoeren van controles door de verloskundige en kraamverzorgster tijdens de kraamweek. De onderleggers kan je naast de kraammatrassen ook als extra bescherming van je bed gebruiken. Waar gebruik je de andere producten in het kraampakket voor? De navelstrengklem gebruikt de verloskundige bij de thuisbevalling voor het afklemmen van de navelstreng. Het kraamverband gebruik je wanneer de vliezen zijn gebroken en in de eerste dagen na de bevalling. Het maandverband gebruik je wanneer het bloedverlies minder wordt. Het flesje alcohol en de watten gebruik je voor het ontsmetten van de thermometer van de baby. De kraamverzorgster gebruikt dit ook voor het ontsmetten van de thermometer van de moeder. De gaaskompressen en de hechtpleister worden gebruikt door de verloskundige en kraamverzorgster voor wondverzorging. De zoogkompressen gebruik je voor het opvangen van moedermelk tijdens de borstvoedingsperiode

helped treat my sore neck

This pillow — after dialing in the right amount of shredded foam — has greatly helped my sore neck. Initially, I had to remove some foam. Then I gradually added foam until it reached optimum comfort and support.
It is also CPAP-friendly — especially when I position my head near the pillow's edge. (I am a left-side sleeper.)
I like the travel size because I use a bulky hugging pillow to ease stress on my shoulder and elbow. That makes my side of the bed feel cramped if using a larger head pillow. A smaller pillow is easy to flip end-to-end in the middle of the night.
I have spent lots of money on pillows over the years, but this is the best I've ever had for relieving [1] neck pain and [2] CPAP mask seal problems. Very comfortable, supportive, and affordable.
I did not notice any unpleasant smell — and I am usually sensitive to that kind of thing.
Would highly recommend.

Love them!

Love them! After 10 years with our MyPillows, they finally lost their fluff. The reviews I read of the MyPillows of today were not good; they didn’t have as much filling as they used to. These pillows remind me of how fluffy our new MyPillows were 10 years ago!! You sink right into them and can mush them however and they stay. These are way cheaper than the Coop and it’s the same concept; add or remove the filling as needed. The cooling side is a huge plus too! You won’t be disappointed with these pillows!

Finally sleeping through the night without waking up drenched
I was dealing with night sweats almost every night. Waking up overheated, flipping my pillow over constantly, just uncomfortable and restless. It was starting to mess with my sleep in a real way.
Since switching to this cooling pillowcase (and pairing it with a cooling blanket), it’s been a completely different experience. I’m actually staying cool through the night and not waking up soaked or irritated.
The fabric feels cool to the touch right away and doesn’t trap heat like a regular pillowcase. It’s smooth, comfortable, and still feels good after washing. Not stiff or weird like some “cooling” materials can be.
Is it magic? No. But does it noticeably reduce overheating and help you sleep better? Absolutely.
If you run hot at night or deal with night sweats, this is one of those small upgrades that makes a big difference. I wish I had bought it sooner.

so far so good
I was surprised at this pair of pillow cases only because the material seemed impossible to be cooling - it's that weird polyester blend. So far I have not awoken feeling sweaty around my face and scalp. I don't recall what I originally paid but I think it is great value for money! If you are sensitive to out of the box smell, I washed mine first and it didn't impede on the efficacy of the cooling!

It’s like sleeping on a beach in San Vito lo Capo
Italian voice:
I’m a big meaty fella so I put off a lot of heat ya hear. These pillow cases have changed my life. One moment they’re hot and the next you flip them and you’re blasted with a blast of ice cool what it feels like to chew 5 gum feeling capeesh. I would reccomend these pillow cases to even my grandma. If ya wanta get a rest so good that it feels like ya been sleeping with the fishes get these pillow cases, they’re the real deal. Then stop at Pauline’s joint and grab a slice of pizza say Vinnie sent ya. Anyways I gotta go my wife’s cooking up a mean lasgna and we’re gonna watch the dodgers.
