Verander je kamado in een oven
De Patton Heat Deflector biedt de mogelijkheid om jouw kamado te gebruiken als een oven. Door de indirecte hitte en convectie (luchtstroom) kun je vlees langzaam garen op lage temperaturen, wat perfect is voor gerechten zoals spareribs of pulled pork. De keramische plaat zorgt voor een gelijkmatige warmteverdeling, waardoor de temperatuur constant blijft, en voorkomt dat je gerechten aanbranden.

Ideaal voor low & slow koken
Met de Heat Deflector kun je je kamado gebruiken voor low & slow kooktechnieken. Door de hitte van de kolen van je gerecht af te houden, creëer je een ideale omgeving voor langzaam garen. Dit betekent dat je met gemak grote stukken vlees kunt bereiden die langzaam garen zonder dat ze uitdrogen.
