Druiven: 100% Spätburgunder

Producent: Kleines Gut 

In de wijngaard: Met de hand geoogste druiven. Bestrijding wordt alleen gedaan met natuurlijke producten. De bodems worden versterkt met eeuwenoude compost en steenpoeder.

In de wijnkelder: Druiven met hele trossen gekneusd met de voeten, daarna zachtjes geperst met een oude pers. Vervolgens 3,5 vergist op inheemse gisten met de schillen en gerijpt in oude eiken vaten voor 12-18 maanden. Gebotteld met zwaartekracht. Soms een mespuntje sulfiet bij de most of voor het bottelen.

A little of this sunscreen goes a long way and when not slathered on, the white cast is minimal if at all. If I reapply every two hours—as instructed by every sunscreen label I have ever read—the white does become more visible by the third or fourth application but I combat that by mixing with a sheer moisturizer. There are times when I see white lines on my neck because of the sunscreen, so I just rub those in and they re-dissipate.
