De vulling van topinambour en aardappel geeft de pastakussentjes een romige textuur en een zoete notige smaak. Voor de ravioli worden verse pastabladen gebruikt van biologische eieren en 100% Farina de semola di grano duro: fijn griesmeel van Durum tarwe. Dit is niet alleen gezonder, maar ook veel smaakvoller dan het tarwebloem waar veel verse pasta van gemaakt wordt.

Één doosje is geschikt als hoofdgerecht voor 2 personen of een tussengerecht voor 3 á 4 personen. Buon appetito!

Bereidingswijze

Kook de pasta voor ongeveer 5-6 minuten in in zacht kokend water met ruim zout. Haal de ravioli voorzichtig met een schuimspaan uit de pan, maar bewaar het kookvocht. Leg de ravioli in de pan met saus, voeg een eetlepel van het kookvocht toe en maak het 'gezellig’ in de pan zodat het gerecht één geheel wordt.
