Fausto en Cinza Cellario zijn 3e generatie wijnboer en de 1e generatie binnen de familie die strikt natuurwijn maakt. Ze maken hippe biodynamische natuurwijnen van locale druivensoorten als

Frisse, fruitige Pet-Nat uit Piemonte. Gemaakt van o.a. Neretta, een inmiddels zeldzame druif uit Piëmonte die veel donkere kleur en tanines geeft, Barbera en Dolcetto. Deze pet-nat is droog met fijne tannines, frisse zuren en drinkt als een hele goede Lambrusco.  

Fausto en Cinza Cellario zijn 3e generatie wijnboer en de 1e generatie binnen de familie die strikt natuurwijn maakt. Ze maken hippe biodynamische natuurwijnen van locale druivensoorten als Favorita, Nascetta, Dolcetto, Barbera, Nebbiolo en Grignolino. Fausto en Cinza sluiten de flessen af met een kroonkurk omdat het kan gebeuren dat een fles opnieuw gaat fermenteren in de fles.

Ruim 13 hectare aan wijngaarden (en wat hazelnoten bomen) die biodynamisch bewerkt worden op drie verschillende stukken binnen het westen van Langhe.

The stickers that label the parts are impossible to remove and if you do get them off theres a lot of residue left behind.
