Volwassenen
- De inhoud van één zakje (overeenkomend met 1178 mg glucosamine) oplossen in een glas water (ca. 250 ml) en eenmaal daags innemen
Toedieningswijze
- Verlichting van symptomen (met name pijnverlichting) kan soms pas na een behandeling van een aantal weken of zelfs langer worden ondervonden
- Bij voorkeur tijdens de maaltijd

Contra-indicaties
Bekende overgevoeligheid voor glucosamine of voor een van de hulpstoffen.
Daar het werkzame bestanddeel wordt verkregen van schaaldieren, dient Donacom niet te worden gegeven aan patiënten die allergisch zijn voor schaaldieren.
