Voor de productie van de Comandante handmolen zocht de grondlegger Bernd Braune een oplossing om klanten van zijn koffiebranderij Supremo de beste oplossing te geven als alternatief voor grote en zware professionele koffiemolens. Deze molens gaven namelijk als enige de gelijkmatige maling die juist de fantastische smaak uit de koffiebonen zo mooi naar voren weet te halen. Met jaren lang ontwikkelen en volhoudingsvermogen zijn we nu na meerdere iteraties aangekomen bij de Comandante Mk 4. Een molen zó goed dat deze bijna door iedere deelnemer van de World Brewers Cup gebruikt word.
