Indicaties:
Rozemarijn wordt traditioneel gebruikt in de keuken voor het op smaak brengen van diverse gerechten. Daarnaast wordt het kruid in de volksgeneeskunde gewaardeerd voor zijn potentieel ondersteunende werking bij spijsvertering en circulatie.

Gebruiksaanwijzing:
Voor culinair gebruik: Voeg naar smaak toe aan uw gerechten. Een standaarddosis is ongeveer 1-2 theelepels (2-4 gram) per 4 porties, afhankelijk van het recept.
Voor thee: Gebruik 1-2 theelepels (2-4 gram) per kop heet water. Laat 5-10 minuten trekken en zeef voor consumptie.

Contra-indicaties:
Hoewel rozemarijn over het algemeen veilig is voor culinair gebruik, wordt aangeraden om bij medicinaal gebruik eerst een arts te raadplegen, vooral voor zwangere vrouwen, mensen met epilepsie of hoge bloeddruk.

Bijwerkingen:

Not eczema skin friendly

Since I didn’t remember which sunblock spray I had previously purchased (that was super awesome), I got this one with a few other ‘kid’ sunblock spray and stick. I had grabbed this one for a splash pad birthday party this weekend only to find out it’s messy and not eczema skin friendly. Either we got a defective bottle or it’s just the way it sprays: runny goops of sunscreen that takes awhile to dry properly (see photo). And when it dries it really does stick onto your skin as advertised (aka not breathable, pore clogging, will irritate sensitive/eczema prone skin). My youngest has eczema prone skin (that’s been flare up free for 3 years) had a severe break out on her arms after using this. And even for the sake of photo demonstration for this post my own sensitive skin got red/irritated. So does it stick-yup. Is it messy? Definitely. Easy to apply? No (your kiddos have to stay put until it dries). Did it provide sun protection? Maybe…? Sensitive skin friendly? No. Eczema skin approved? Definitely not. Recommended? Nope. We threw it away and requested a refund.
