Vandaag de dag is deze veelzijdige kunstenaar actief als schilder, beeldhouwer, graficus, muurschilder en keramist en doceert hij aan de academie in Enschede. Freijmuth wordt gerekend tot de Nieuwe Figuratie. Deze nieuwe visie op de schilderkunst ontstond na de Tweede Wereldoorlog uit onvrede met de gevestigde opvattingen over figuratie en het Expressionisme. Vanuit het abstraheren van de vorm creëerden de kunstenaars van de Nieuwe Figuratie een geheel andere beeldtaal.

Het huidige werk van Alphons Freijmuth kenmerkt zich door de zeer expressieve verfbehandeling. De felle kleuren worden pasteus en vaak rechtstreeks uit de tube op het doek aangebracht. Zijn onderwerpskeuze betreft figuurvoorstellingen, naaktfiguren, portretten en zelfportretten. Daarnaast neemt de vrouw een belangrijke plaats in zijn werk in. Ondanks zijn expressionistische schildertrant met felle kleuren, ontleent Freijmuth ook elementen aan werk van de De Stijl-kunstenaars en het constructivisme (zoals bijvoorbeeld kleurvlakken en lijnen die sterk aan Mondriaan doen denken).

First off I have not had a watch in 20 years since I use my phone for the date and time. I decided to try using one again and love not having to retrieve my phone to check the time. The watch is beautiful and I love the look of the gold with the blue face and brown band. It works great and appears to be of the same quality as the Seiko watches that I use to own. I tested the face and tried to scratch a small area with a sharp object. I would not scratch so it is either glass or a crystal. the metal seems to be of good quality and the band is comfortable and feels like leather. Overall I am happy with it and will update this review if the situation changes.
