De neus is intens en verleidelijk: gedroogde vijgen, rozijnen en honing, gevolgd door tonen van karamel, geroosterde amandelen en hazelnoot. Een warme, bijna meditatieve geur die zich langzaam ontvouwt.

In de mond rijk en fluweelzacht, met een mooie balans tussen zoetheid en frisse spanning. Smaken van gedroogd fruit, honing en noten worden aangevuld met nuances van karamel en een lichte oxidatieve toets. De structuur is rond en vol, met een lange, elegante afdronk die warm en complex blijft nazinderen.
