Built on the Teranex processing platform, it delivers up to 1089 SD, HD and Ultra HD conversions with visually transparent 10‑bit quality and optical‑grade scaling that preserves detail and eliminates aliasing. Teranex AV features ultra‑low latency for on‑stage IMAG and synchronized screen playback, enabling real‑time up, down and cross conversion between formats up to 2160p60. With advanced 12G‑SDI connectivity, HDMI 2.0a input and output, quad‑link SDI support for video walls, and professional XLR and AES/EBU audio connections, it seamlessly bridges broadcast hardware with presentation systems. The unit includes a still store for loading graphics, a dedicated freeze‑frame buffer, internal test patterns, aspect‑ratio tools, 3:2 pulldown insertion and removal, realtime noise reduction and full timecode and caption preservation. Its integrated front‑panel LCD and familiar Teranex control interface provide immediate visual monitoring and precise settings control, while the rugged 1RU aluminum chassis ensures reliable continuous operation in studios, OB trucks and demanding live venues.

Bought this for homemade coffee brewing, just to spice things up. But as I go ahead to heat up my new shiny stainless steel milk frother cup in the microwave, whoopdy doo. Ya can’t put stainless in the microwave! Regardless, it’s still a straightforward frother cup to handle, making it a great dollar investment for upgrading my home cafe setup.
