De vegan Vitamine D3 van Terranova is afkomstig van Vitashine, een speciaal niet-GM, wild geoogst olieachtig extract van korstmos. Het is van nature rijk aan vitamine D3 (cholecalciferol) en vetzuren. Het eetbare korstmos wordt geoogst op verschillende locaties wereldwijd, afhankelijk van het seizoen en het niveau van blootstelling aan ultraviolet (die de oogst plaats beïnvloedt). De zon speelt een cruciale rol bij het dicteren van de locatie en tijdstip van oogsten.
De fabrikanten/leveranciers extraheren de olie in een volledige licht, hitte en vocht gecontroleerde omgeving. Dit gebeurt op dezelfde plaats waar het duurzaam geteelde korstmos wordt verkregen om een optimale versheid te garanderen. Het proces is gevalideerd door Sterling University en het materiaal wordt nog steeds geclassificeerd als cholecalciferol zonder dat er problemen zijn met de werkzaamheid, biologische beschikbaarheid of absorptie.
Deze vorm van vitamine D3 verhoogt het vitamine D niveau veel effectiever dan D2, wordt sneller omgezet in een actieve vorm van vitamine D dan D2 en slaat veel efficiënter op dan D2.
Tot op heden is het niet mogelijk geweest om het vitamine D3-materiaal te repliceren van gecultiveerd korstmos, en om deze reden is Vitashine een gepatenteerde ingrediënt.

De capsules van Terranova zijn volledig plantaardig. Ze zijn namelijk van hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, afkomstig van houtpulp en door ons lichaam minstens zo snel oplosbaar als gelatine.

Elk product heeft echter een andere samenstelling qua gewassen, groenten, fruit en kruiden. Deze samenstelling is met zorg geselecteerd en maakt dat Terranova’s producten een meer effectieve uitwerking hebben, zoals het verbeteren van absorptie, biologische beschikbaarheid, functie en effect van de voedingsstoffen in het product.
Wat betekent (het logo) Phytofresh op de Terranova producten?
PhytoFresh op Terranova’s producten betekent dat de gewassen, groenten, fruit en kruiden vers zijn gevriesdroogd.
Terranova’s ingrediënten komen voornamelijk van de gecertificeerde boerderij; Eclectic Instituut. Hier worden de ingrediënten op piekniveaus geoogst met de hand, om vervolgens te worden gevriesdroogd. Piekniveau wil zeggen, dat planten eerst volledig volgroeid zijn, alvorens men ze van het land haalt. Dit gebeurt met de hand, zodat de planten intact blijven en niet worden beschadigd door machines. Vervolgens worden de planten binnen het uur gevriesdroogd. Dit betekent dat alle vloeistoffen, het water, eruit wordt gesublimeerd. Zo houdt men alleen de complexe structuur van de plant over, dus met vitaminen en mineralen. Door dit proces toe te passen blijft de prachtige, voedzame structuur van de plant langer behouden én hoeft het enkel licht gemalen te worden tot poeder.

Fully gold plated inside and out! I initially got the amazon basic connectors for the same price, but was disappointed in the tiny burgundy positive label they had. It was also very dirty inside the connector and it wasn’t gold plated through out the connector. These are excellent in quality and have a bright red ban on the connector! You wont be disappointed and beats out Sewell connectors for the price!

Decent, but be careful of frequent use.

The looks are very nice, functional if left alone once assembled. After that I would leave them alone otherwise you risk the main male portion just coming loose of the housing, sound quality is decent, nothing to write home about, but again, not very durable. If they could fix that 1 thing, these would be very good buy and value, the rest of each plug is hefty and well made.

Great Banana Plugs
Size: 6 Pairs / 12 pcs
I recently purchased these FosPower banana plugs to tidy up my speaker wiring, and they’ve been a significant improvement over bare wire ends. Installation is straightforward: strip the wire, loosen the two tiny set screws, slide the wire in, tighten everything down, and then screw the barrel back on. Once assembled, the connection feels secure and tight, making it much easier to swap gear around and reducing the risk of stray strands causing a short.
The standout feature of this design is the dual set-screw clamp. It firmly grips the speaker wire without relying on the outer collar to “crush” it in place. I’m using 12-gauge wire, and it holds well for my setup.
Initially, the plugs may fit snugly in some binding posts. Once seated, there’s no wobble, but it might take a bit of extra push the first time.
The set screws are small, so a bit of precision is needed. Use a small flathead screwdriver and don’t over-tighten them.
Overall, these plugs feel well-made, look clean once installed, and fulfill their purpose as banana plugs: making speaker connections quick, neat, and reliable.

Great Banana Plugs!

These FosPower banana plugs work very well. I have used dozens of these great FosPower banana plugs over the years, and they definitely work as advertised. When comparing apples to apples (or bananas in this case....lol), all Banana plugs work virtually the same way, and these banana plugs are no different. Strip speaker wire, unscrew banana plug cover, loosen speaker wire retaining screw(s), insert speaker wire, tighten speaker wire retaining screw(s), screw on banana plug cover, and wallah, a secure/conductive speaker/amplifier wire connector is created. Albeit, some banana plugs require the speaker wire to be splayed over a hollow post, and then they are held down by a screw-on retainer/cover. However, I much prefer these FosPower dual retaining screw type of banana plugs for their speaker wire holding ability.
I always use high quality 14 gauge OFC speaker wire with these FosPower banana plugs, and they work perfectly together. I have used these FosPower banana plugs with many different speaker and amplifier brands over the years, including Klipsch, Pioneer, Polk, Denon, Dayton Audio, and Fosi with no problems at all. They just work, and work well. I have never had a FosPower banana plug break, release the speaker wire or short out, in all of the years that I have used them.
Yes, these FosPower banana plugs do fit rather tightly into the connectors, at first, on a lot of speaker and amplifier brands/models. However, after the initial "squeeze" the banana plugs will lossen up, and become easier to install and remove. However, they still retain their great holding ability even after the initial squeeze. In order to overcome this initial "tightness," I usually just stick the FosPower banana plugs into a connector of an old portable amplifier, before assembling them, in order to squeeze them before inserting them into their final speaker or amplifier destinations. This is especially useful when working in tight places, where there is not much room to work in order to push the FosPower banana plugs into their tight connections firmly.
Overall, I highly recommend these FosPower banana plugs. I am currently using them all over the house and shop for home theater and music listening (and testing projects). Just be aware of the tight fit in some speakers and amplifiers. Also, the 2 very tiny speaker wire retaining screws can be a challenge sometimes. Just use a good standard blade jewelers screwdriver, and be careful not to remove the retaining screws all of the way or over-tighten them. Once these things are mastered, using these FosPower banana plugs becomes second nature. Have fun!
