Easy Binder geeft structuur aan veel verschillende producten en bindt en geleert alles aan elkaar, inclusief vlees, vis, groenten, fruit, kaas, of een mengsel van verschillende producten. Easy Binder is gemakkelijk te gebruiken en is koud oplosbaar.

Na gebruik van Easy Binder kan het eindproduct in plakken worden gesneden, worden ingevroren en worden gekookt zonder zijn vorm of textuur te verliezen. Easy Binder is een natuurlijk allergeenvrij product. Het is geschikt voor veganisten, vegetariërs, het is glutenvrij en niet genetisch gemodificeerd.


Hoe te gebruiken:

1 - Voeg Easy Binder toe aan koud water (kijk voor doseringsrichtlijnen over de hoeveelheid Easy Binder en koud water op: www.modernrecipes.co.uk/easybinder).

2 - Meng Easy Binder en het koude water met een staafmixer of handmixer enkele seconden tot het goed gemengd is.

3 - Meng alle ingrediënten en de Easy Binder oplossing samen met een elektrische mixer of met de hand in een grote kom met een spatel gedurende 2-5 minuten tot het goed gemengd is.

4 - Afhankelijk van de toepassing: je kunt de massa in vormen vullen en ervoor zorgen dat elke vorm vol en compact is zonder luchtbellen, of je kunt de massa vacuüm verpakken om de lucht te verwijderen en compact te maken. Je kunt ook het gerecht met de hand vormen en dan strak inpakken in huishoudfolie.

5 - Zet het geheel 8 tot 24 uur in de koelkast (2-5ºC) om de reactie te voltooien. Zodra de structuur van het product voltooid is, kan het worden ingevroren, gesneden, gekookt, enz.

Why did you pick this product vs others?: I just started a powdered drink routine recently and was having a difficult time mixing it with water. I don’t want to buy a whole other unit just for the double. This wonderful tool may be the most used tool in our kitchen. The hardest thing about it is to remember you can push the button and it runs- you don't have to hold it!. I worried about the price, but it is a great value because we bought it in December 2024 and it is more powerful and has already lasted longer than two whimpy ones.

Bought the Maestri and the Zulay frother to test which one is better since both had good reviews. Returned the Zulay (see Zulay review) and kept the Maestri. Been using it for a few days now and works well. Mixes chai and hot chocolate well. It has one speed that is a good speed to mix, but not so fast that it causes the drink to spill over the top as long as the cup is filled to about 80% full. Because I tend to use the tall 20 oz Contigo autoseal cups, it could benefit from offering longer attachments to reach the bottom of the cup (note: that I did not find any company that offers longer attachment arms).
