Gebruik
Voeg vier delen water toe aan één deel Marvis.Spoel je mond gedurende minstens 30 seconden met de aldus verkregen oplossing en spuug het daarna uit zonder door te slikken.

I've had double sided throws that weren't bonded that were much heavier than this one and was hard to maneuver, fold up and such as the sides were not bonded together. Anyway, adequate thickness and super soft. Not super heavy, not too lightweight...a goldilocks weight.
