De beroemde wijnmakerij van Batasiolo perst twee verschillende Barberas, de Sabri en deze Sovrana. De wijnmakerijen "Beni di Batasiolo", eigendom van de familie Dogliani, zijn een van de grootste in de Langhe en beheren zelf ongeveer 107 hectare 9 boerderijen in La Morra, Serralunga d'Alba, Barolo en in Monforte d'Alba. De gebroeders Dogliani besloten deze eigendommen te combineren onder de naam "Beni di Batasiolo" onder een naam afgeleid van het hart van de wijnmakerij, "Batasiolo". Batasiolo staat bekend om zijn geweldige rode wijnen en produceert de meest prestigieuze wijnen in de regio zoals Barolo, Barbaresco, Barber a d’Alba Sovrana en Dolcetto d’Alba Bricco di Vergne. Daarnaast worden er heerlijke witte wijnen zoals Gavi gemaakt van de Gavi-gemeenschap. Na de handmatige oogst worden de druiven zacht geperst. Daarna volgt een fermentatie bij een gecontroleerde temperatuur tussen de 22 en 26 graden gedurende 7-10 dagen in roestvrijstalen tanks. De wijn verfijnt vervolgens 50 procent in Franse barriques en 50 procent in Slavonische eiken tanks voor de duur van twaalf maanden.Het rijpe karakter van deze Batasiolo Barbera D'Alba Doc Sovrana
Wie op zoek is naar fijne en aromatische rode wijn, is met deze Barbera Sovrana aan het juiste adres. Het is een wijn die bekend staat om zijn zachtheid en rijpe karakter. De geur van deze Barbera d'Alba DOC toont framboos, rode bes kers en een lichte kruidige ondertoon. En het biedt nog meer: smaken zoals zwart fruit, mooie kruiden en een hint van vanille en toast. Good introductory book on information security
Format: Paperback
As mentioned in my review title, this is a good introductory book on information security. I would like to stress the "introductory" part since anyone who is already in the field or otherwise highly technical should probably avoid this book. Otherwise, for anyone just starting out in information/cyber security or otherwise curious, this will be a nice easy intro into an interesting subject.
