Giallo paglierino inteso il colore. Si apre al naso con sottili note floreali e fruttate, seguite da sfumature speziate. Si riconoscono sentori di mela golden, pan di zenzero, mandorle tostate e calce. È dotato di una bella vivacità al palato, e ha una buona struttura che conduce verso un lungo finale.Dopo una dolce pressatura, la fermentazione avviene a opera dei soli lieviti indigeni, e in seguito laffinamento è svolto in botti di rovere sulle fecce fini per un anno circa. Questo Arbois Chardonnay Les Bruyères, del domaine André et Mireille Tissot, ha un ventaglio aromatico molto espressivo, una bella bocca minerale, e un finale lungo e speziato. Ottimo.
È ottimo con tutte le preparazioni a base di pesce o crostacei. Da provare in abbinamento ai calamari alla griglia.

read the fine print

I really need to learn to read the small print. That pocket line on the chest turned out to be a fake pocket and the actual; zipper on the sleeve is also a fake pocket; my bad but in my defense I'd never dreamed that anyone would put either on a shirt. Also my search term was men's "cotton shirt w/ pocket shirt" and it brought up this polyester wonder. But at least it fits well and seems well made.
