Over het massieve mangohout worden tijdens het productieproces meerdere lagen houtolie en een blanke natuurlijke bijenwas aangebracht om het hout te beschermen tegen vocht, vuil en kringen. De handgrepen en het frame zijn gemaakt van staal dat is afgewerkt met een zwart poedercoating.

Het TV Meubel wordt volledig gemonteerd afgeleverd en kan dus na het uitpakken meteen neergezet worden.
