Al naso è piacevolmente complesso; spiccano i sentori di cedro maturo, scorza d'arancia e mela renetta e le note di mondorle e crosta di pane. Al palato è elegante, equilibrato e di lunga persistenza.Il "Vènt" a firma Toblino è un Trento Doc che rinchiude in sé tutta la vocazione del territorio natio per la spumantizzazione; riporta alla mente il clima mite della Valle dei Laghi, caratterizzato dalla costante presenza di vento, e unisce all'esperienza di cantina sapienti pratiche viticole. In questo caso la permanenza sui lieviti si protrae per 36 mesi e il vino che ne risulta è elegante e d'innata complessità: una volta provato non si dimentica.
Perfetto per allietare l'aperitivo, si sposa molto bene con antipasti leggeri a base di pesce di lago e crostacei.
